Great points,i agree totally about inept facillities poor stadia when the leagues were doing well the investment was not forth coming.Im not against the series i watch and enjoy some of it but league racing i prefer personally.Answers i dont say that i no really what they are for the long term.myself maybe look into a squad situation ie] then maybe the quality Crump, holta,jonsson, ect might race the odd night hear and there and raise the level again.

Crump and Sanders Both great riders, always i think there was a tension .But they got on i think respect at the end of the day ,You can never dispute they were great Both great riders.

Think it was 1980, at smallmead the robins won 40.38 Stevie Gresham got blamed for bringing Briggo junior off i am sure it was Milan Spinka,s fault.Briggo senior wernt happy and he and Gresh had a scuffle.Me myself i wudnt want to mess with Stevie G ,that year and the year after Gresham and Holloway had a great partnership for the robins could beat anyone as a partnership.

See alot of the Adams Crump battles brilliant, thoes two had total trust in each other none of them would stick each other to race at there level must of been great.Adams to me was a world champion, brilliant rider style well awesome.Adams and Crump two awesome riders, lucky to see them ride.By the way see Phil Crump ride every week he was awesome too quiet bloke was so privileged to see him ride every week.

Ghostwalker,i havent seen much swedish racing, but is it on the same level as Poland.Are e.league is very poor i think, sometimes i am envious of the other leagues as i like league racing.

I will have to get the book,keep meaning to get it as for Brough would of loved to av seen the two owen brothers there.i saw Ron Henderson at a few southern tracks liked him and later Rod Hunter. Joe i rated see a few times for Hull IN DIV 1 was a class act. Brough park i think was a technical track if you mastered that i think you were a gud un.

Kenny had one doubling up season, with the diamonds ive only been there twice but it looked to me quite a hard track to ride?Dunno if im correct i think Kenny was in the race that the poor Chris Prime got killed.

How long have you been watching speedway 2 minutes ?THE KNOW by the sound of it you KNOW nothing.By the way if things go backwards anymore you wont have speedway to watch.
