I believe he beat pepe in a run-off to qualify although I'm sure leave some for us can confirm that
-
He's biding his time Didn't you use Christians performance in international events as a reason why he was better and say how averages dont explain everything when Lubos was ahead??? If so - Lubos is 5 rides away from the GP - Christians a year away yet I hope you know I'm only joking with you anyway
-
No - what makes me feel better is Lubos Tomicek being better than Heffenbrock
-
Think I'll leave it with: Heat 25: Gollob 3. Nicholls 2. Andersen 1. Adams 0.
-
I know mate - it was only tounge in cheek
-
I didn't claim Scott was a better rider (all facts and figures suggest he's not) - just that if Scott was that 'rubbish' - how bad did that make Hans considering he was passed by Scott in the most important race of the night? No bottle Andersen
-
passed Hans in the most important race of the night though didn't he? Oh dear - Heatleader who can't handle the pressure from 'rubbish' Scotty Nicholls

I won some money on the finishing order -
No I assume I'm a member of the "look at me gang" am I as one of your members refered to me as fairy boy?
-
What on earth are you on about?! Nicholls was battling all night. Yes he got little reward but he did look fairly fast at least! He wasn't 'rubbish' so stop blaming him. Under par yes but he was not rubbish. Take off your anti-Coventry glasses and accept the fact that Nicholls faught his heart out for our country, even if it was for little reward.
-
Why don't you f%^£ off back to Subedei's forum and slag everyone from here off again! I'm not bitter that we didn't perform as my posts explaining about how I felt TEAM GB cheated, and my PM to you explaining that we would be in the wrong too - as well as expressing my dislike at your self
-
I do agree and Nicholls looked fairly quick all night. Every time he passed a rider though he went on to try and pass the next one and made a mistake. We were just slow all night, not because our boys were "waiting for their engines to seize"
-
Did we claim we had bike problems when we weren't quick enough? NO! I believe that Middlo said how our equipoment wasn't up to scatch for an event like this. It's STILL cheating! I'm an avid Team Gb follower but it's still wrong. It was wrong for Poland to do it, it was wrong for briaint to do it and I still can't understand the Aussie move. It can't be your theory with Schlein as he rode on Thursday - he wasn't in Poland and kitted up for nothing.
-
Hear Hans? Bike problems when he wasn't going fast enough in heat 25 - my arse! Disgusted with all the cheating that went on. Poland got 4 points from Balinski and they won by 3 We didn't gain from Olly at all although I really don't agree with what we did. I really can't understand the idea behind the Schlein/Holder one? I'm guessing that one was genuine??

Why was my post deleted?! I am disguted with Team GB too as Eddie isn't injured. I'm not discussing the meeting any more than other posts on this thread ! Mod: All, please use http://speedwayupdates.proboards103.com/in...85031077&page=1 Sorry to those who were talking about team managers meantime -
Still don't agree with that to be honest. That IS cheating. End of.
-
yes for injuries and illnesses. Not ill performing riders who claim to be ill. Yes I am an avid team GB fan but was looking forward to an epic fair battle for the title. This takes the piss
-
Poland are cheats Makes me sick. Wonder if his illness will be cured in time to ride in Poland tomorrow

World Cup At Coventry
Silver Bee replied to Gemini's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Care to read mine again and note the word probably? It makes a difference to me as I like to see the Brits supported rather than people turning their back on them. That's my OPINION which, according to you, I'm entitled to. -
World Cup At Coventry
Silver Bee replied to Gemini's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
And I have as much right to make my opinion known regardless of how long I've been going thank you very much It annoys me you're probably one of the first people to moan about the lack of brits in the Elite League and what a state British Speedways in yet you won't back your national team which contain the ones who have made it It's ironic that you say how you don't feel like you're allowed an opinion yet you shoot mine down in flames as if I'm not allowed one -
World Cup At Coventry
Silver Bee replied to Gemini's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
You're one of the people who has slagged off the state of British Speedway, claimed not to be interested anymore yet you bring attention to yourself by posting about supporting another nation on here? What I don't understand is why you felt the need to post about a subject you claim to have no interest in. Be proud of the fact you support another nation in the world cup? I really cannot grasp the mind set of people like you. Maybe what you should be proud of the fact that products of the British speedway system, such as Harris, Kennett and Stead, who all came through the Conference League and the Premier League, beat 'YOUR riders' last night. -
