Your doing Redcar an injustice they were very good tonight, I think we have to accept that on the night we were well beaten by the better team. Its a big ask for the second leg but never say never, things don’t always go the way you want it in any sport personally I’m not overly concerned bad night at the office we will bounce back.

So let’s see if I’m getting this it’s the same competition but with a totally different name and it’s not a jubilee year. Struggling with that. Glasgow felt at the time it was inappropriate to continue under the sad passing off our Queen and to celebrate it as a jubilee cup, under the circumstances I thought at the time and still do that it was the correct thing to do.

But it’s not really an equivalent competition is it. Anyway they are hardly likely to throw the main sponsor out off a competition that just happen to own Glasgow now are they.

This off course is only your opinion and at a guess there is no tangible evidence to back it up. As I wasn’t in Glasgow last night I can’t speculate as to what the weather was like or what state the track was in. I am guessing you weren’t either so from that I can only gather that you are basing this on no evidence whatsoever but only what you think.

It’s only a non answer if you want it to be. I fully understand your frustrations but the weather is what it is, we have had rain earlier and last night and more forecast, as I say Damned if you do Damned if you don’t. Its really a moot argument anyway as the call has been made regardless.
