I class speedway as overpriced. I can go to Surrey and watch a county championship cricket match for £15. £15 for 7-8 hours of entertainment.

Polish media reporting that Emil and Artem have both been offered a Croatian speedway license. They would be put forward as Croatian riders in the GP qualifiers for 2025. They would also ride as Croatian riders in the Polish Ekstraliga.

Teams will still be able to buy success. It just means riders will pull out of the GP series. For example, Jack Holder and Lindgren wouldn't choose the GP series over Lublin.

Poland haven't reacted well to the wild card news. PZM are threatening a cap of 1 GP rider per team in the Polish league. That would see a lot of riders pull out.

Phil Morris has released a statement. He says he considers Emil and Artem as Polish riders, and they should be riding in the GPs. Leaving Emil and Artem out was not a decision made by Phil Morris.

There is one world class rider not in the GPs. Artem is open to riding in the UK.

Unfortunately, my flights were for Saturday's staging. I wasn't in person to support Artem, but I was screaming at the TV. My girlfriend thinks I am mad.
