A ORLOV replied to Aces High's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Lets see how many are at Belle Vue on monday when they are on tv against the best team in the league, or if there are many that have stayed away and are watching it on tv. -
King's Lynn vs Leicester KO Cup 2nd leg 16-05-2018
A ORLOV replied to Bald Bloke's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I thought the boss of Kings Lynn was the Chairman of the bspa, so why are Kings Lynn having problems with the final choice of their race night. It is the same every year the bspa do not have a clue how to run the sport. -
Hope so but not till after the visit of Swindon

Fixed race nights... early indications!!!
A ORLOV replied to Phil The Ace's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Pointed this out as a conflict when fixed nights were proposed, if the tv meeting is good and the opposition at your local track or weather is iffy, how many will stay at home and watch tv meeting. -
He is hoping to ride this thursday at Sheffield

With comments like that no wonder the sport is dying. -

Do not understand why this is a 7.30 pm meeting, the last dog race is 2pm and with a nice sunny day surely a mid afternoon start time would have encouraged more families who do not want a late trip home. -

Stefan scored 16+2 tonight for Scunthorpe against Redcar, could be a worrying reserve. -

So now Poole have to rely on two of Swindons riders, that says a lot for the team hyped up before the season started by certain posters. -

It does or it could be raised by bspa run meetings but they do not spend it in the right way. -

Unless the covers are like the ones they have at cricket which are sections on wheels that can be easily wheeled away or the covers roll up on a device behind the safety fence they are virtually impossible to put out or remove quickly with minimal staff to do the job. -

The extension could be good for Poole and give them some meetings to have when the playoffs are taking place. -
Would prefer Killer at Swindon over Holder if he could do a whole season.

The table from the BSPA, one of the few things they usually get right. I could have used either or both though.

Premiership 23/04/18 - Leicester v Swindon
A ORLOV replied to ReadingRacer2017's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Very good comeback from being 10 down during the meeting, all the riders pulled out the stops and showed what Swindon can do after a couple of rides on an away track. Feel for our reserves who seem to be putting in a lot of effort and not always getting the scores they deserve, but hopefully that will come. I thought we would keep within six points of Leicester and get one away point but to win was a real plus and showed what grit the riders have. Well done Rosco and the team.
