You forgot to mention that whoever the above CL clubs are riding against on the thurs would also have to find replacements for any d/u riders with a PL team. No problem with that but would all the CL clubs accept that.

Soon the majority of Swindons home meetings will be run on a monday instead of a thursday so it will be interesting to see if the number attending reduce or not.

Agree with your comments about Pearson but I find both awful, BT should have found new people.

When the track was built it was mentioned that it would be available for lots of training etc, is any training of youngsters taking place that would bring in a bit of income on non race days. Am also surprised that there does not seem to have been any GB training camps, firstly for the main GB riders and especially for the next group of GB riders coming through. Also a couple of Test matches would help with income.

That is a hell of a drop in numbers and income for the club, not good.

Well since the bspa screwed up the PL race nights of Monday and Thursday and changed them maybe your point should be raised with the bspa as they had an opportunity to have separate nights with no clashes but cocked things up.

We only have 5 meetings on thursdays the other 11 are on mondays or wednesdays. There are 3 occasions where there is a clash on a thursday, also Rosco had limited options with such a low average to work with .
