Speedway is the same as any sport ..you always see premier league sides in football replaced two of there side with Non league players ..it's the way forward .

As I said before unless your on fast bikes or a fast car you won't win nowt in Motor sport so in pure skill terms you can never be sure who the best is unlike other sports ...By the way I expect the time Murray spends in one match on court would Double the amount of Tai spends on track in one week . People know Athletes because it's important sport people know about Ainslie because the Americas cup and the story of the comeback was a massive worldwide event ,,People don't know about Tai because Speedway is view upon as load of rubbish so him winning it means nothing . Sure people knowing you before with help you out but yet again that is where Tai and speedway fall down

Even if you pick holes in the top ten there are loads more hi profile people who have missed out ..like Taylor ,Ronnie O'Sullivan and Froch to name but a few . Have you ? I told you before look at the tv stations and the newspapers the days after not just in the uk but worldwide then come back to Tai ...about 4 lines in the Daily Star if he was lucky . It was a world wide massive event and classed by many as the greatest sporting come back of all time ...you don't like it and what he done fair play but to the public and tv and press it was massive . Ben is a massive sorting hero in the Uk Tai is a no one outside speedway sad but true .

Not at all you ask the question about the Sailing and who was interested so I gave you the answer . The media give coverage to sports that the public care about hence why Speedway and Tai never got a look in as to them being a world speedway champion means nothing and is not much of a achievement .

Not sure you tell me ...I remember THE Sailing being on every major news station in the uk the next day and in every newspaper in the days to follow not only in the sport pages but also the news pages ..How about Tai ? I wonder if we went into town tomorrow and ask people who Tai was and who Ben was what would happen ..you could ask 500 people who Tai was and not one would know all the other hand Ben is well known by the British Public .

Stop keeping the weakest in the league . The El should only be 8 teams ( best supported ) with a decent point limits . Setting the rules to keep the likes of Eastie in has held back the others .

I think a reserve coming out to replace a rider in the top five is a lot more likely than riders in the top five replacing each other .Even if you were correct that rule would be a lot worst

But it's doing the same as it has been the last 10 years ..bringing in rules that will bring in less fans ...unless more fans are found speedway will be dead .this is hardly a drastic measure it's just another way of trying to save money thinking that the same numbers will still come and watch .

ok never seen the list ..have you got the link so I can see it ? What happens when a rider 3 weeks in after the draft decides not to ride ? will this list have a rider of the same standard on it not already picked to replaced him ?

Indeed also what happens also when after the draft a rider decides that he no longer what's to ride for that club ..how can he be fairly replaced ? the folly of this rule will only be shown as these sort of things crop up during the season .
