  1. His average has dropped in both leagues for the last 2 seasons Granted he had a bad injury and granted this season he may well start at number 3..................that means in theory he could see an increase as he meets the opposing number 3 twice instead of the opposing number one twice.............but as i said i dont see much improvement from King or Worrall and i think King in particular will struggle to maintain his average..............just my opinion............i also think Ellis is a must have and ive no doubt in my mind he will be Pooles number one
  2. Redcar look the team to beat.............top 3 head and shoulders above any other sides....Stewart could kick on this season......Andersen solid enough If the reserves do ok then the team to beat in my eyes Poole will be strong enough and their big home advantage will steer them in to the play offs depending on if they sign Ellis , if not i cant see much improvement from King and Worrall Leicester and Glasgow to make the top 4
  3. We all know that the top riders dont ride here but its not about who is your number one its about team building to a strength Last year we had Harris as our number one............we made the play offs where as teams with a genuine number one didnt like Kings Lynn and Belle Vue Its about balance and if Klindt starts at one then if the rest of the team is solid it wouldnt be an issue For example what pair of signings would provide the most points....Iversen/Ayres............Klindt/Covatti
  4. So when Poole cheat/bend the rules its totally fine as long as they dont gain from it lol
  5. Who is now though I wouldnt expect to many to be above Holder if he did ride over here whoever that would be for Doyle and maybe Batchelor at Swindon Lambert possibly as well Also Pedersen but i would say him and Holder are similar level I dont see the likes of Kurtz or Cook or Masters averaging more than Holder
  6. This whole debate has started because certain Poole fans couldnt accept that i think Brady could benefit from a move away In some fans eyes no rider can benefit leaving Poole....once you have ridden for them thats the pinnacle of club speedway..... What has been missed is that i also said some riders improve for going to Poole........Klindt being the most recent and obvious one I also said i feel Lambert could be going stale at Lynn and likewise to a lesser extent Masters at Wolves.............Lambert going to say Belle Vue could see his racing move up to the next level
  7. 1. Holder/Iversen/Zagar 2. Allen 3. Heeps 4. King 5. Klindt 6. Covatti 7. Ayres Wouldnt mind that side although we would still suffer some harsh away defeats
  8. If all the speculation is true then we know 6 of the team 1. 2. Allen 3. Heeps 4. King 5. Klindt 6. Covatti 7. Ayres No idea what that leaves?
  9. Allen, Heeps or King? To garner interest i would hope its Klindt
  10. What a pointless debate Some riders improve for moving away from certain clubs as they become stale at that club and are stuck in a rut so to speak Kurtz is a rider that could benefit from a change of club in my opinion Klindt could actually go the other way as he was obviously happy with everything at Poole (hope not as he seems to be coming to us at Ipswich) Its not aimed at Poole but some Poole fans cant quite grasp that........riders will have improved for moving away from Poole ....and some riders will improve for a move to Poole...
  11. Marks best 2 seasons were 1999 and 2000 when riding for Poole..shame it ended the way it did.... Rickardsson had already won 3 world titles before joining Poole but did win 2 more in Poole colours......his dominance for me was 1998-2005 and i dont think it mattered where he rode Some riders will just fit in at certain clubs.........my opinion is that Brady could blossom by moving away
  12. Stop being a tad pathetic Klindts career has soared since he joined Poole..its what happens sometimes I think Kurtz will benefit from a move away from Poole Some riders will benefit from a move to Poole Hope that helps jesus
  13. If he is in the main body then he has to match Musielek not Vissing Good team but not as good as last season....which was inevitable Im hoping us at Ipswich can persuade Tobi to sign for us
  14. Because sometimes riders at certain clubs are in their comfort zone and they need a new challenge and something to ignite their fire again. Im sure Brady is looking forward to the new season with excitement and the new challenge and lets be honest a track he should love compared to Pooles Typical Poole response though to feel the club is under attack I just think at times certain riders can do with a move away........possibly Robert Lambert may benefit to
  15. Looks another good side built from Swindon but obviously much weaker than last year but thats due to having to break up a side of improvers Musielek and Vissing replaced by Stewart and Rowe who arent going to be close to scoring what the other two did Team reliant on Jensen maintaining his average , And Ellis and Perks improving theirs Still looks like a play off side for sure
  16. Brady needs to improve by some way to even get close to being in the GP. To inconsistent and cant seem to handle pressure very well That said a move from Poole will do him the power of good
  17. Could be the makings of a good side but i think there are stronger teams so far and yes i know this isnt complete King and Worrall unlikely to improve their averages and Nielsen is injury prone and a risk in the top 5. Ellis will be a great signing
  18. Oh dear you sad bitter pathetic little man Your place is the lower league now ......stop living on past glories..... Everton, Leeds, Blackburn, Liverpool in particular all teams who have won the top league but havent for a number of years........you never know Poole could do a Liverpool and come back one day I will just enjoy our team (remember them, the cannon fodder who bet your team of bottlers) signing up the top riders and having riders like Pedersen and Kildemand coming to us ....should be top notch
  19. Basis of a decent side .......simply no Musielek and Vissing replaced by say Stewart and Shanes , shows how much weaker this Swindon team will be next season but nothing can be done about that, its what success brings
  20. Numpty...........now run along fool I guess everyone Poole sign will be a great signing. I actually feel sorry for some Poole fans that they are dropping down But for the pill0cks like yourself and the very quiet Shovlar im rolling around laughing
  21. Doesnt matter if they are on this section to me Must hurt though seeing riders like Doyle , Batch and Pedersen getting fixed up while your team is in the lower tier
  22. Im only discussing skidders statement.................'dont cry for me Argentina' This could be Covatti or Garcia...........and inmy opinion Garcia would be a poor signing But if you dont have the same view as others then you arent allowed to comment
  23. Steve Worrall - good signing Coty Garcia - poor signing My opinion or do i have to agree or say that everyone Poole sign is a good signing?
