Yes, and Doolan. I spoke to Ian Rae a few weeks ago about it and he said Berwick Speedway would not announce any rider until all paperwork was in place, unlike other clubs, there was a few people on here getting frustrated about the lack of signings a few weeks ago but he said they were waiting on all documentation being in place. If all we hear about other riders having problems is true, perhaps other clubs could take a leaf out of Berwick's book.

I have never seen Liam pleading poverty or saying he has inferior equipment, it only seems to Tourrettes that is doing that, having said that every single rider in speedway needs all the help they can get. After 45 or 46 seasons in speedway Berwick has had a serious lack of locals making the grade so i for one would like to think that the local community get behind Liam Carr and help him all they can

Liam was signed by Berwick last year, and became an asset straight away as he is British. It is only foreign riders that have to attain an average to become an asset, if he had gone anywhere else he would only have went on loan. This was confirmed to me when I asked John Anderson at the play off final at Edinburgh at the end of last season

A second string on a 7.16 average, Any team in the league would be happy with that, but would leave you with a wagging tail imo
