Ryan’s work was giving him a hard time for changing days off to go to speedway some dates were getting changed and he had to give plenty notice for unpaid time off and it was not really possible and his work has to come first so couldn’t guarantee we could do all the remaining matches and having to pull out of the iow match left Leicester trying to get cover and didn’t want this to happen again with only mdl riders to cover for him they wanted someone who could do all the rest of this seasons meetings mind you They could Have got Ryan Mac to guest tonight lol

Any rider being dropped before deadline day should be announced in plenty time say 3/4 days so they might get the chance of another team spot rather than finding out on the day or the day before and then it’s too late -
You can only use one new tyre per meeting and the one on your spare bike must be a used one even it's only done one race each edge and it can be used also in the meeting if you get a puncture ect or your meeting tyre is totally knackered but have to ask the machine examiner or COC first and you can lend your tyre if you want to any rider same applies in all the leagues as long as the new tyre has been supplied for that meeting and the machine examiner writes the date and teams on it and most Nl teams will only use 6 tyres if there's 6 riders saves them a tyre only tyres have to have a yellow band on them are to be used in U.K. Racing in top leagues teams will get 7 tyres with the r/r tyre usually put on a spare wheel and used by rider that has the most races

Yes all the shale is full off stones from the old base -
Hardest part for younger riders is trying to juggle speedway with work which is usually an apprenticeship so harder to get days off and normal life it’s hard for these youngsters as it’s normally there parents that have to drive them around and loss money with having to take days off doing 1 league is hard but 2 leagues must be even harder riding the bike is the easy part sometimes it’s everything else that’s hard , driving ,cleaning bikes ,maintaining them and then trying to earn a living to pay for it as you don’t make enough from the sport to do it without a full time job so something has to give somewhere trust me I know having to travel from Glasgow every meeting is twice as far for us

Remove Proctor use a point and I would try get Daynon Hume in at reserve and see who we can get with the points that are left

Lions v Glasgow 17th August

Think it is really hard to get a second ambulance because it's a Saturday night the busiest night of the week for them I think they called for one and was over a hour before it could get there maybe they should have not bothered to full grade the track after Ht 15 and kept it slick for the unexperenced riders -

No as there was no practice or sighting lap Craig went straight from parade and was heading back to the pits anyway -

The Only time you see a marshal with a flag on the track at the pit gate is when they want the riders off the track after practice sighting lap -

All riders ride in Uk on British licence but you need a British passport to ride in Njl / NL but can’t see any problem with kids who just want to ride there bikes at njl rather see 4 riders racing in every race -

In the video You can see the pit gate is on the second bend and open and craig was heading towards it before he Marshall decided to jump in front of him maybe he was told not to give Glasgow riders any practice laps just get them straight back into the pits -

The paul Dugard that seems to take his dark blue sweatshirt off after all’s done and try’s to make out he is the peace maker lol -
Maybe have started but would have really struggled to get to ht 10 for a result the second meeting only just got into the pits when it started to rain and by the time we would have done our bike warm up the rain was too heavy and track was waterlogged

Leicester have 3 tractors but only one that can pull the bowser because of the weigh it needs to pull ,these tractors are normally very reliable even being old as there’s not much that can go wrong with them apart from the fuel pump which happened to go on Saturday but with the help from a few mechanics managed to get it running again which took 30 minutes would people rather have been happy with the meeting called off because of it or wait 30 mins and it’s on
