Will be a doddle. You had to replace Kyle with a fellow Brit, and there isn't much choice around, Paul will do a solid job I'm sure. Yes he won't be banging in wins left right and centre, but a solid middle order job.

Don't believe your allowed to resign a rider you've released during the season. If Kyle was injured, then yes, but as you sacked him, no.

You have to question the race offs there, whoever ended up picking last ended up with the death gate (white). Few surprises there but apart from Pawlicki and Vaculik, none of those are GP quality.

How can you make 2 changes though..... say you take out Ully and Lambert 9.33 together, you then have to take off 1.76 to get back down to 40.00. Your then left with 7.57 to get 2 riders in, so how the hell does that strengthen anything! Even taking Starke out at his new average of 7.27 + 3.00 for Lambert is 10.27 - 1.76 = 8.51, again, even if you sign a 4.00 rider to replace Lambert, your losing Starke for a 4.51 average rider, making our tail even bigger!! It doesn't make any sense IMO. Like for Like change is THE ONLY WAY forward.

You had to replace Newman with a British rider, so not many other choices apart from Starke tbh

Problem is, you then have to make team changes to a 40.00 average...... so your losing 3 odd points

Hard to disagree with 75% with that, I don't think we signed Ully to challenge for Number one mind, realistically Holder was always going to end the season as number one, with Hansen,Ully and Starke getting close and above the 7.00 mark.

He signed as a second heatleader, he's now the weakest second string and one place of the reserve spot! He's been pretty pathetic home and away, I can remember 1 or 2 good meetings, other than that, his flymo engines are back, no power, and just getting picked off for fun. Yes he wont be putting a point on his average, but should be maintaining the average at worse!
