He also said the home promoter has to pay both teams wages but the visiting promoter .has to make up any shortfall in their wages over and above the basic rate.Surely if heat leaders second heat leaders and reserves were on the same sliding scale ie HL £80 SHL £60 RES £35 and every promoter paid the same money would that not help ?
