  1. Why would sam hate the place..I know he turned us down a few seasons ago because there was no home track advantage..very very fair track so why can’t he perform on it ???
  2. Or any speedway fan who hasn’t been before.
  3. Why put them on then I’m pretty sure first timers would not be enticed to go if that is supposed to be a good race as it states.
  4. Twice on the GB website Plymouth have put a race on..what I don’t get is are they trying to promote good racing because I have yet to see one single pass or something to get excited about..is it about the sizeable crowd or the non entertaining races.
  5. Personally I didn’t doubt him he performed really well the last time he rode for us..and he looks even better with his new Kevlars he really stands out
  6. Last week against Plymouth I was stood in the main stand at the start line and the atmosphere was brilliant.. I went to get a beer or 2 and stayed where the tables were situated at turn 1 and it was awful nobody cheering whatsoever it put me on a bit of a downer to be fair..the view wasn’t great either the tarmac needs raising around that area to get a decent view.
  7. Not really I’ve said it on numerous occasions over a number of seasons
  8. He was class his first heat if I remember correctly he was leading then got shunted to third and then his craft and skill got himself back into the lead for a deserved win
  9. It used to be the best track when it had plenty of dirt on it..certain riders a few years ago requested it to be slick and smooth and it hasn’t changed since
  10. Yes I agree first few heats was similar nature but after that it seemed like hard graft to overtake anyone very disappointing..but still it was an ok meeting with some close racing but to many strung out heats which is not normal viewing at the EWR
  11. I’ve said for a few seasons now that the track is nothing like it used to be...yes it’s very smooth and easy to ride but as for going into the dirt line for overtaking and getting past opponents it never hardly happens as shown today because the amount of effort that the riders put in to overtake there’s no grip whatsoever and it’s so frustrating for us spectators never mind the riders.
  12. No idea like but what would skornicki or Ryan fisher come in at,..clutching straws here after a few sherbats it is allowed isn’t it
  13. Oh right didn’t they was cancelled cheers
  14. Well I’m watching free sports and it’s some sort of local park cricket
  15. Cola is quite popular with speedway riders
  16. Surely with the size of most speedway crowds if people stayed 2 metres apart at the venues maybe everyone could still attend..I’m pretty certain with scunny’s attendances everyone could still watch speedway with plenty of space around them.
  17. I think it was Taylor Poole at the EWR when he crash at turn 2 and his bike flew over the air fence and knocked a spectator out..luckily he only damaged his hooter and lost a tooth I maybe wrong on the damage but it was not nice to see
