  1. Weather forecast looks OK for this one, I'll be going along and I cant see anything other than a hefty tigers home win. Sissis still getting to grips however the rest of the boys are gonna take some beating around that track as time goes on, they look awesome.
  2. Sheffield for the win on home shale. Bellego, Stead look very fast. Cant wait to see Sissis in action, Compton and Proctor are also both capable of hitting big scores. Great feeling about this one.
  3. Classy Compton returns ! Very pleased with Andre's return. Last season on the build up to his horror smash he was looking like the Andre that we all know ! On his day around Owlerton he can beat anyone and over the years Andre has thrilled me on the terraces with his performances. A true Sheffield legend returns, welcome back Andre Compton. Chuffed !
  4. Todd Kurtz would be my ideal choice. A name that did pop into my head was Pontus Aspgren, what average would he come in on ? sorry if thats way off the mark but just wasnt sure.
  5. Welcome back Tyron Proctor !!! what a TEAM we have , roll on the 2015 season !
  6. What average would Summers come in on ? Not sure hes been fixed up yet has he ? Just throwing it out there... Money is still on one of - Ben Wilson, Todd Kurtz, Ty Proctor- long shot= Andre
  7. Well this is the most optimistic ive been about a team for quite some time. Very chuffed. Welcome back Taylor ! So ... just one more place to fill ! who does everyone think ? whos it between ? my money is on Ty Proctor Hear Covatti mentioned a few times, along with Proctor, or maybe Ben Wilson ?
  8. Bates is the boy for Tigers ! , Personally I'm pleased with this signing and how the new team is shaping up. Going to be very interesting to see who the final three riders are. I have a feeling Proctor will be in the side, hoping we can strike a deal for Sissis too, although I wouldn't say no to Covatti at reserve. Can anyone see Ben Wilson or Compton returning ? A work friend of mine seems to think we will track a certain Richard Hall at reserve. Either way I feel this team will be hard to beat at Owlerton.
  9. Tongue in cheek long shot.............................................................................. Jack Holder.
  10. Would like to see Proctor announced next, Adam Ellis would be a tidy signing but not sure it would happen. Risager could also do a job in my opinion. Richie Worrall is available too so i hear, but could we fit him in ?
  11. Stead signs ! ..... And as a FULL asset too, loving this start to team building. http://www.thestar.co.uk/sport/other-sports/speedway/sheffield-speedway-simon-stead-signed-as-full-asset-1-6972664
  12. Absolutley beautiful start to the team building, welcome David, you can certainly fly around Owlerton. Chuffed !
  13. Regarding the earlier post about Morten Risager, wouldnt be disappointed if he signed for Sheffield, its possible and it could be a great move.
  14. Totally agree, would be crazy to overlook Nico Covatti especially on this average, quite capable of putting a couple more points on that, have seen him perform well in the EL so i say go for him most definitely.
  15. Cant remember what number they rode at in the team but 7 riders from the Sheffield past who didnt really inspire are : Shane Colvin Ross Brady Steve Knott Kyle Hughes Sam Martin Lee Smethills Arlo Bugeja
  16. Just an opinion but i think we have had our time with Ben Wilson, good rider but to be fair isnt really going to get any better, maybe ok on home shale but away from home isnt that great.
  17. Good start to 2015 team building, welcome home Ashley Birks.
  18. Yeah agree with the above post, id wouldnt mind seeing Sarjeant in the lineup. Also just throwing it out there, could Mr Albin be returning ?
  19. Wilson Complin Stead Smith Kessler Birkinshaw Allott
