Laguta coped with him in 2021, and it's a big shame that he has never had the opportunity to defend his world title on track. We will never know if he would have won another, but he clearly had the speed and talent to get the job done. There is no one in the current line up that even comes close at the moment...

Barring injury, it's all over. It's hardly a surprise though, he's different gravy to everyone else in the field. Sadly, the only rider who is capable of challenging him is not even in it...

Could well be a few more weeks, but would be much sooner if he had it pinned. That's not normally recommended by doctors though in a younger person. He's a massive miss for the Witches...

Z.Kennedy excluded, not sure about this one, he did move across approaching bend 3 but he was in front. Jenkins withdraws from the meeting.
