To come in on a 5.00 assessed average a rider should have ridden for a club in a 'senior' foreign league. Also although not applying to Slater, don't forget the 2.5% discount for British riders when team building. As stated elsewhere a rumour doing the rounds on Wednesday was a team building limit of 38 points for 2027!!
