  1. Ah yes but is Google ai based on the bspl best interest of speedway ?
  2. Not sure if it applies when replacing an injured rider, but doubtless someone will correct me if it's wrong.
  3. Not sure how asking a question is trying to be clever? What I do know is that Cook's management in Lodz required him to be there on SGP day. This was flagged up to the Poole management when he signed his Poole contract. Maybe (that word again) he had to collect his equipment/mechanic/van/ whatever before travelling to Lodz' away meeting today where they won and he scored 7 points? Maybe?
  4. If you read it properly I said Maybe with question marks.
  5. Different Polish clubs, different contracts, different requirements.
  6. Zach Cook signed his Polish contract before Poole's as he wasn't intending to do Championship in 2026, as he announced at the end of 2025 season. It was only the uncertainty of the Premiership's future with decisions delayed to Jan '26 that made him change his mind (helped no doubt by Middlo offering encouraging words). Cook made it perfectly clear that he would not be available for certain Pirates fixtures if his Polish club Lodz required him.
  7. Wow, that's very strong from you Wayne!! The only one attempting to 'call me out' as you put it is you - The Plymouth stalker strikes again. Sunday lunchtime in the pub again? Enjoy your nap.zzzzz
  8. Are you sure? Its one of Lewy's 'facts'!🤣 Maybe, just maybe Zach was assisting Brady Kurtz in the SGP Lodz pits??😇
  9. Kennett couldn't do every meeting even if available. Unless it's someone permanent then it's the likes of Ablitt, Ingram, Foord etc
  10. As I said in the OP Plymouth would have the slight edge, to get away from their losing streak.
  11. Zach originally wasn't doing Championship this season. I doubt he will be in 2027. As for the rest of this season I'm more worried about who we can get at reserve now that averages have changed for August, and Jenkins is injured!!
  12. Lawson was having trouble with both bikes as he did for Brovst on Wednesday and for Ipswich on Thursday. He needs to get them sorted ASAP. 😉
  13. OK I'll take the plunge as nobody from Devon way seems interested in starting the thread. Plymouth have their usual seven, but with Nicholls now at 1 and King at 5. Poole have Kyle Newman as Captain and use Luke Harrison as a 75% replacement for Zach Cook, with Dayle Wood stepping in for Fraser Bowes. Should be another close one with Plymouth having the slight edge as they will want to stop their recent losing streak. Thoughts? Lewy? Anyone?
  14. Simply replying to MagicMike's comment about Middlo having to phone up a different guest for Eddie.
  15. From the coverage on the stream after heat 1 Eddie looked quite rough!!
  16. Harrison for Cook (75% facility)and Wood for Bowes guest at Plymouth.
  17. He does have that real 'motivational twang' in his voice!!!😇 Seriously though, I thought the Glasgow owners were assisting financially?
  18. Maybe confusing the Oxford meeting with the Plymouth meeting tomorrow?! Update: Although from comments on the stream the meeting programme had a few errors!!
  19. To come in to cover as a heat leader for oxford after being away for so long was asking a bit much so no surprise his average dropped to 5 so quickly. Eddie is a decent 2nd string/ reserve as he his proving.
  20. No Batchelor for next 2 meetings. Knee injury.
  21. Maybe Speedway Futures are secretly funding it?!🤣
  22. I think Jenkins was a possibility at one stage when he finished covering for Battye until Berwick decided to keep him and drop Fredericksen!! Looking at our August fixtures I reckon Jenkins might be a good choice of guest on 12th v Scunny.
