  1. His explanation is for all to see on facebook, including a word or two for all the various forum s#!tstirrers.
  2. Maybe you should read Richard's explanation on Facebook instead of posting rubbish.
  3. Maybe you should read his explanation on Facebook before jumping to conclusions
  4. Terry was on duty last night. I think a lot of the issues are down to what the riders prefer nowadays with their highly tuned engines- and generally that means slick, and once they are dialled in, no excessive grading or watering. Terry said there is plenty of fresh shale up in the Edinburgh area, but a key issue for southern tracks in particular is the cost of transporting it.
  5. Greyhounds co-habiting with speedway is pretty much done!!
  6. Just to seek clarification of your last paragraph....Are the '2 or 3 teams still wanting a top tier' existing Prem clubs? If so I presume that's BV, IPPO and Northampton?
  7. I wouldn't agree it was the worst meeting! It did become increasingly difficult to see clearly due to the increasing breeze and dust on bends 1-2 especially.
  8. Not sure any 'back tracking'? It was my honest summary of his night's work. What others wish to take from the original post is down to them. It did state 'to avoid any confusion' as some will have a different knowledge and interpretation of ' the white line'! Anyway I'm off for a game of tennis now so I'll be trying to keep all my balls within the white lines as much as possible, avoiding them all if I can !! Deuce!
  9. Fair play to Sam Hagon. A couple of really good races using both the white line and outside lines. Shame about his 360° off though. I wonder if we'll use him again on Saturday?!
  10. He never rides the inside (white) line always going for the out side. It's something he was told about when he was part of the Pirates team previously.
  11. As long as he learns to ride the white line. The one on the track (to avoid any confusion)🤣
  12. I presume that SOMEWHAT TENUOUSLY the SCB are saying his recent absence was not directly due to a speedway injury. Unfortunately supported by the hospital statement saying he is FIT TO RACE! Wow!!
  13. Poole website now saying Sam Hahon guests at reserve!! Probably keeping Jenkins back for next Wednesday v Scunny?!
  14. Depends which Sedgeman turns up and whether Thomson gets stuck in traffic again.😂
  15. It's an 8-day rule not 7 days; and Matt has always run/owned the club whether in France or UK. Matt has always done the rider deals and contracts.
  16. According to the local Echo, 'the Poole Management will not be rushed into making a signing just to make up the numbers'! "The search continues......"
  17. So has Eddie fully recovered from his wrist injury and is fully fit? Asking for a friend......😂
  18. He is intending too, if fully fit! I guess we'll see how his Aussie season goes...
  19. So Poole return to Wimborne Road with a change of Team Manager - Matt Ford taking the helm! The rest is deleted and is as per Shaleshifter's post.
  20. If (God forbid) it ever was Craig Cook, the DJ would have to find the 'Rawhide' theme tune again - 'Rolling, Rolling, Rolling'!!🤣
  21. Anyway back to Poole 2026!!😊 With fixtures now coming thick and fast for August I'm aware of one rider who has had positive discussions with the club - but not sure whether as a guest or permanent?! As with any rider - it will please some but not others.
  22. Good to hear Tate is back home with no broken bones. 9 day concussion protocol.
