  1. Gastroenteritis! He was en route to Leicester, rang them and they told him to go back home. His Danish club said he was 'injured' to satisfy their rules.
  2. Lawson's got nothing to gain from lying - he's already suspended!
  3. ..as opposed to not seeing the light at Worky!
  4. When did Ipswich ride on a Tuesday' because Danish league is on Wednesdays
  5. So another different time from an Ippo poster!! You couldn't make it up, or maybe you could>!
  6. Lawson confirms he informed Ipswich at 3pm yesterday despite all rumours to the contrary!!
  7. Or maybe Bomber to make up for last time?!
  8. I think you are misreading the signs!! The vast majority of Ipswich want YOU gone! Poole fans see him as their number 1 who top scores most meetings in most track conditions. He takes his place for the parade so fans aren't that bothered that he may have only arrived at the track a few meetings before.
  9. What about no rider changes after 75% fixtures completed?!
  10. I bet Ipswich will be gutted. How many Ippo meetings will he miss? oh yes NONE!! But misses 2 for Poole to keep the Pirate-haters happy!
  11. The outcome doesn't affect Ipswich (they won without him) - it only affects Poole who will be without him for 2 meetings!
  12. Not sure which of his various clubs he has 'let down' previously? Maybe the 7-day suspension rule should only apply to fixtures in the league that the 'offence' occurs? Missing the Ippo meeting yesterday didn't stop them from winning and the 7 days only affects 2xPoole meetings!
  13. Sam Masters guests for Lawson at Berwick on Saturday. 7 day suspension for RL.
  14. His explanation is for all to see on facebook, including a word or two for all the various forum s#!tstirrers.
  15. Maybe you should read Richard's explanation on Facebook instead of posting rubbish.
  16. Maybe you should read his explanation on Facebook before jumping to conclusions
  17. Terry was on duty last night. I think a lot of the issues are down to what the riders prefer nowadays with their highly tuned engines- and generally that means slick, and once they are dialled in, no excessive grading or watering. Terry said there is plenty of fresh shale up in the Edinburgh area, but a key issue for southern tracks in particular is the cost of transporting it.
  18. Greyhounds co-habiting with speedway is pretty much done!!
  19. Just to seek clarification of your last paragraph....Are the '2 or 3 teams still wanting a top tier' existing Prem clubs? If so I presume that's BV, IPPO and Northampton?
  20. I wouldn't agree it was the worst meeting! It did become increasingly difficult to see clearly due to the increasing breeze and dust on bends 1-2 especially.
  21. Not sure any 'back tracking'? It was my honest summary of his night's work. What others wish to take from the original post is down to them. It did state 'to avoid any confusion' as some will have a different knowledge and interpretation of ' the white line'! Anyway I'm off for a game of tennis now so I'll be trying to keep all my balls within the white lines as much as possible, avoiding them all if I can !! Deuce!
  22. Fair play to Sam Hagon. A couple of really good races using both the white line and outside lines. Shame about his 360° off though. I wonder if we'll use him again on Saturday?!
