The Star this week has an article suggesting a different way of calculating team building averages. This is because the 10 meeting rolling average is not currently based on the last 5 home and 5 away meetings for each rider.

Ben Cook said in Star this week that he's already in discussions for a 2023 Prem place but has to get his visa sorted first.

I don't particularly see it as a problem but its the principle of not allowing riders who have never ridden the track a chance of a few laps which they wouldn't need or expect if it was at Leicester!!

Whatever is proposed and agreed by clubs at the start of the season is fine.

Naughty! if it was at Leicester, Poole wouldn't expect practice as theyve all ridden there before and you take your chances. All Leicester riders have ridden the KL track before so already hold an advantage over Poole who have 3 riders who have never ridden there.

At least the Cooks and Ablitt have ridden the Leicester track but not KL. Don't see how that's fair at all to allow Leicester practice when they have all ridden the track previously. I guess the official protest to SCB will be going in?!

It'll give Poole a chance to show Leicester what a mistake they are making!!!!!!

I wouldn't think Oxford would want all the hassle as they prepare for their big end of season celebrations at the stadium on Saturday!!? Not withstanding any restriction on capacity numbers able to attend?

Well let's hope it doesn't come to that and Poole are able to celebrate their 'underachievement' again.

Kyle gets married this month and has a young family so can't see him committing to so much travelling.

Of course Poole would prefer it to be at Leicester but it isn't so have to make the best of what's arranged - as do Leicester.
