There's plenty of close entertainment racing at Poole. Agreed, last Wednesday was a lot slicker than usual but set up to win. If people think that Poole are the only club that can gate consistently then clearly the haters have taken over the asylum.

What's at stake for Poole is giving their fans what they want and keep coming back every week. Also having a team that wins means more publicity on local and regional media - tv, radio, newspapers and online,which in turn can lead to greater sponsorship and attendance. All leading to greater financial stability especially as there are longer term doubts about Poole stadium. If or when that happens GB speedway will be even more worse off, despite all the Poole haters.

Zach holds his cards very close to his chest - either by design or instruction - but several of the pits personnel reckon he'll stay despite getting a contract with Lodz! I would expect an announcement on Wednesday - or whenever the last meeting takes place! If he does go, I wonder if he and brother Ben will have to seek alternative accomodation??

Each to their own, but good gating is and has been an established part of speedway at all levels for many years. Perhaps Poole's opposition should learn that. PS. Serious question - did Glasgow Tigers get much coverage in their local media either before or after the final?

Yes but Tobias' 2nd division Danish fixtures were mainly on weekends! Next season it's rumoured that he'll be racing in the Danish senior league on Wednesdays.

It could also be said that a bike failure in heat 14 cost Poole the point that would have given them the aggregate!

Assuming the points limit stays at 40 then Poole have to lose around 4 points from the current 1-7!!

You cannot possibly believe that Tobias, Anders and Paul are 'gaters'?! As I've said before, there were some terrific exciting races on Wednesday - as there is every week at Poole - even though not much passing this week on a very smooth track. Close racing can be just as exciting as one with passing, more so if the home team get a heat advantage. Hence very decent attendances every week. As for any further comments, I'll pass........!
