  1. I think I and others would prefer if you didn't give an opinion, agree, disagree or say anything on any Poole thread! But hey one can only live in hope......! Maybe I'll put it on my grandson's Christmas Wish letter to Santa?
  2. Hahaha. 'Theres something in the air tonight'- ABBA circa 1986! It's on the tip of my tongue!! Lol
  3. Of course it's wrong . He can't even get the right averages.
  4. Signing them and then announcing them are very different things!! 'Don't cry for me Argentina!!'
  5. Its common knowledge that Poole are in the Championship but it hasn't stopped you banging on about it. Why not try living by your own mantra!!!
  6. Matt is still doing the team building for 2020. As he says in the update on the club website 'Its far easier to get riders than it is a professional plumber"! As is usual rider announcements will be staggered over a period of weeks to maximise media coverage and avoid AFC Bournemouth news clashes. As above the next announcement within 4-5 days of a rider that has been a Pirate previously. Facebook is already full of possible suggestions - Adam Ellis, Nico Covatti,Stefan Neilsen, THJ, Paul Starke - loads of others I'm sure. Still 2 to come with higher averages than Stevie Worrall?!
  7. Just to reiterate what Rosco says in the SS this week - "At no time has Musielak said that he would give British racing a miss in 2020"! It would seem that Musielak's comments when interviewed after a poor performance at Peterborough were misinterpreted by some to mean that he wouldn't ride UK again! The fact that Rosco has made a point of clarifying it may lead some down a particular team building route - even though Alun also says he could ride elsewhere in UK!!
  8. So now it's out. Gonna be very interesting how the rest shapes up.
  9. Quite so Starry. He's got some good experience around him and as you rightly say Matt is but a phonecall, text, message away.
  10. Rosco says in this week's Star that having both Doyle and Batch is till a possibility!!! And that at no time has Musielak ever said he wouldn't be doing UK next season!!
  11. Isn't Jordan going to be working more with Plymouth as its closer to where he lives?
  12. Has Covatti decided he's doing UK in 2020 then? His recent Star article suggested maybe not?!
  13. Is he not still riding with a 'broken neck bone' injury? I hope all the tracks are slick and smooth cos I cannot see him lasting the season if I'm honest.
  14. Just awaiting this week's Speedway Star with their summary of the AGM - just to see if there is anything different or missed out of the 'official statement'!!???
  15. I can only assume he meant with current machinery/set-ups - but I'm only repeating what Danny said last night.
  16. £15 maybe but with Championship clubs only charging around £1-£2 less than Premiership with loads of the same riders doubling up/down its unlikely unless there is a massive reduction in rider costs. At least Poole are doing their bit for 2020.
  17. Danny Ford did say Worrall would be the 3rd heat leader and would ride at 3 with 2 other strong heat leaders to come. In answer to a fan question Danny said that he would be discussing track works with the 'experts' to see what needed doing over the winter. He did also say that Nicolai Klindt said at the end of the season that the track was the best it had ever been!!!
  18. Another announcement from Danny Ford was that adult admission prices WILL be reduced (probably by £1 to be confirmed?!)
  19. Considering at least 8 of those have already signed elsewhere, not a bad guess?!! Is Covatti even doing UK in 2020? With that logic you should maybe try Promoting or Team Managing!
  20. Is that before Sheffield's new BSPA vice Chair brings any influence to it?
