  1. Yes but taking last night as the 'return' fixture that would give Poole the edge on aggregate.
  2. Those dates aren't even all Mondays!!! The dates are as follows: Monday 17th September - 1st semi-final 1st leg Monday 24th September - 2nd semi-final 1st leg Monday 1st October - both semi finals 2nd legs Monday 8th October - Final 1st leg Wednesday 10th October - Final 2nd leg
  3. First opportunity to come on here after last night's thumping. Well done to the Stars who will now finish top; Somerset 2nd; Poole 3rd and BV 4th imo. Just picking up on averages and the suggestion that there may be some manipulation going on......... whilst next season's averages will surely be in the minds of some, ,lets not forget that from October 1st another revised set of averages come into being. Bearing in mind October 1st is the date of the play-off semi final second legs, with the final scheduled for 8th and 10th October, there could still be changes in some teams' riding order?! For example for Poole this could see Chris Harris at 1 and Brady Kurtz at 3, 4 or 5 which may well be a considerable advantage compared to the current line-up?
  4. Esbjerg website clearly states they have let NKI ride in UK as the Danish fixture has no real effect on their league position. With Klindt definitely in Denmark for Holsted, surel a question still remains aboiut MPT?
  5. Nicolai definitely in Denmark tonight so r/r will operate. The Stars to win and finish top without question. They will then choose BV, leaving Poole to fight it out again with Somerset. Doyley is on record as saying that Somerset would choose Poole anyway, given the choice so maybe there is a bit of overconfidence building in the Somerset ranks with Poole's 1-7 not having performed well all at once so far.
  6. The guys have been working frantically with the readymix so the track should be without that rut/hole for the next home meeting and the play-offs. Unfortunately there will now be a bump which might deter some from sticking their front wheel across the white line when they miss the gate?!
  7. That'll be a fast track system in the |Championship would it?!
  8. Masters is top of Wolves averages from September 1st. 8.32 v Rory's 8.21
  9. Strange that Doyley had a 5 ride 15 points haul whilst avoiding the 'hole' the whole meeting except for heat 15?!
  10. No mention of the fisticuffs between Riss and Masters in the evening meeting on here?! Any opinions....?
  11. The infamous hole on bend 1 did seem to reappear yesterday - hardly surprising as there was so little shale on the track to help protect it due to the previous day's weather!! However Doyley didn't hit the hole - he caught a rut right on the white line on bends1-2 which threw him a wobller and he caught his foot/ankle under the foot rest. I must admit from the grandstand it did look as though he shed a chain but he managed to pootle onto the centre green before sinking to his knees and then onto his back clearly in some pain. Hope he's ok.
  12. If Klindt rides for Poole it will clearly cost MF more money, by way of an agreed fee to the Danes!!! Presumably a similar deal exists in respect of other Danish riders - especially when fixtures are rearranged.
  13. With the remaining fixtures that each team has, the play-offs could still be Somerset, Kings Lynn, Belle Vue, Wolverhampton!!
  14. So from the horses mouth today, if Poole get the right results today ie guaranteed play-off place - then Klindt will ride in Denmark on Wednesday. If there is still some doubt over Poole's play off spot after today then Klindt will line up at Kings Lynn!!
  15. Agree in principle but BSPA/SCB rules cannot dictate what happens in other countries!!
  16. Non-speedway illnesses mean a mandatory 7 day absence. The press release states that Lawson (and Allen and BWD) will miss Monday's and Wednesday's meetings!!
  17. If Rebels go r/r for Lawson then everyone bar Doyley could take an extra ride.
  18. The BT Sports programme planner on Virgin is still showing Leicester v Kings Lynn.
