  1. Your suggestion puts all the 'control' with the promoters. It falls down when selected riders don't wish to ride for the team/promoter that picks them - for whatever reason, race night, sponsors etc etc.
  2. Josh G withdrawn from his guest booking for Leicester at Rye House tomorrow. Kyle Howarth steps in
  3. If its on r/r for Nilsson and Howarth for Prezdpelski (Josh G injured!!)
  4. Still heavy rain forecast all day on all forecasts!! Poole's official 'rain-off' day is Thursday so lets hope an early call is made.
  5. Holder could not be re-introduced to Poole this season as the rules don't allow it. In the case of another season-ending injury to either of Poole's top 2 (Hans and Brady), Holder could not be re-introduced as he wasn't included in Poole's starting line-up. I'm not even sure either could be used as a guest as they need to be riding for another team!! In any case I think its all hypothetical as looking at the Premiership table this morning Poole will have to be concentrating more on avoiding 7th place rather than the top 4 - something which will be even more of a challenge after BV at home Wednesday (rain permitting) and Wolves away next Monday!!
  6. Just a point about Holder and Poole, there is no way Poole could re-sign Holder this season having not included him in this season's starting 1-7. However I think its petty on the part of Buster that neither Holder nor Batch have any chance to talk with other potential employers!!
  7. I guess we'll all now have to wait for the first club to lose a 7.16+ rider to injury and see if the BSPA MC dispensation comes into effect for the good of British Speedway?! :-)
  8. So will the family emergency affect Richie also?!
  9. I really can't understand why this seems to have come as a shock to many on here?! OK, not leaving any time for the 2 riders to attempt to negotiate a move elsewhere is 'rubbing their noses in it' somewhat - but at the end of the day it's Buster's pram and he's thrown his toys out!! If riders are that concerned about 'dangerous conditions' then maybe they should question whether they should be riding speedway at all?! Either that or get a rider lobby to push for de-tuned or regulated machines that can cope with various types of track! One other thing that doesn't reflect that well on the club is that Kacper Gomolski tweeted that he signed a contract with KL on Friday and was then later told that the club had to stick with their original team!!?? Social media is great in'nit?! So the British Speedway Authorities declared intention of bringing the Premiership and Championship leagues closer together takes a further step forward..........!!
  10. Jack'k bike livery/covers etc is done out the same as his brother's - even the inclusion of #23.
  11. That'll be Kings Lynn!! ;-) EDIT: Or maybe not after today's events!!!
  12. I'm not going tonight either. Corrie is the closest to Manchester I want to be this evening = and I don't watch that either!! lol
  13. On current averages Thorsell, Schlein, Howarth and one reserve can take any r/r rides!!
  14. The only reason KK signed for RH is because they don't have to go to Monmore again!!
  15. Lets hope Hans brings his Polish engines too after 14 points yesterday. Good positive 'going to do better' interviews with Timo, Eddie, Richie and James on today's Echo. www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/speedway
  16. Cook is down to ride on Monday so unless he tweaks his back again should be riding Wednesday - unless the weather gets the better of the meeting which looks very likely on today's forecast. Aside from riders' form is the riding order imo, but we'll see...... Not sure if Middlo is back for this one or its still MF as Team Manager?
  17. Yet another weird riding order from the Poole management!! At least Hans is showing top form in Poland today.
  18. Top scored for Lodz today with 14 points. Lets hope he brings some of that to theNSS tomorrow.
  19. Holder should be available for the Wolves away fixture on 14th August!!
  20. Not sure whether Cook riding (or not) for BV would make much difference to be honest. All the other riders can take an r/r ride so hardly weakens them - unless any of those riders are below par?! Hopefully Jack's outing for Torun today will get him into 'big track' mode for Monday at least and Hans, Timo and Richie can bring their 'A' game!!
