But with 2-3 more it would be ok? Meaning a stand alone 3rd tier.. I visited the Krakow stadium last summer. Looked rebuilt 5 years earlier and for the life in me cant figure out why they cant make it viable in a city that big. Anyways, trees were growing in the stands, was a sad sight even with the local beer prices...

Those two 15 years ago, did they have time to double up in the UK?
-
Who said that? Our Posti is on strike this month so wont be expecting my Spar for a while... SEC has been ridden since 2001.
-
Well there’s one with 2019 stamped on it at Tampere Finland so I’ll stick with my story.
-
Those are homologation stamps. And I believe Motad is no longer valid as the manufacturer withdrew the product after being granted the stamp. Will look into this myself later on...
-
Not really sure, but... is that the homologation stamp or manufacturing year?
-
The calendar meeting was yesterday.

Prodrives were the ones to have when they were introduced.

EDITED POST The current homo-program is so, that you get the silencer homologated and each year stamp it with a production year. U cant use silencers over 5 years old. For what I know thats the plan high up how to continue, no change to decibel levels in the foreseeable future...

Yes. He’s ”doing” the meeting, as in one of the organisers. -

Quess we’ll have to wait and see... -
Was hoping for it to be for SoN. Like said earlier, early May for SoN is too soon.
-
Son is just a title of a competition. The name doesnt bother me. Since the swc was a no go, best pairs was the only way to go. SoN is just a name for it.

I don't know what's written on the fancy paper at FIM headquarters, but if you ask me, I can't see 4-5 rider teams coming back to the World championship team speedway.
-
I could have written that! Only thing I see different is the scrapping of SWC. It was too expensive and not enough countries could do it anymore. Smaller teams, less expensive was the only way to go...

So there's a gap for a month between Prague and Cardiff. Sounds good so far...

I bet they send their new official photographer...

F1 has about twenty races a season where points are awarded. SGP has 10? meetings a season when you can do up to 70 races and/or wins. Its totally different. What a load of zh1t to mess with the scoring.

FIM should strip this meeting of prize money (paid by organiser) so it would attract good racing tracks keen to host it. Never been there, never seen a meeting from there so only going on the info I got from riders that have been there. And thats why I think it's no good.

I've been to Elgane. This season we had racing at Hyvinkää, Varkaus, Haapajärvi, Kuusankoski, Seinäjoki, Kauhajoki and Pori. Pori is to close now, highly unlikely Yyteri see's another speedway bike but I'm told a new track is coming and happening. To these you can Nokia that had meetings in 2017 and 2018 and for the opener at Nokia we had our British friends from Felixstowe and also a fellow from Hungary. Lahti was closed sometime ago but Kaanaa/Tampere was used for practise again this season after a loooong break.

FIM congress is next weekend in Frankfurt and calendars are expected to be released during or after it. FIM Europe follows in a week or two.

I CAN live with that statement. But then again I’m no longer involved with a printed motorsport magazine. I had a huge crash of my own, broke my arm, hit my head, had my time off and saw the light. Doesnt matter whats software used. MP used to supply instructions how the pics were to be sent. But even he didnt demand for CMYK levels. Or whatever. There’s a man at the office looking at the screen, he approves it and it should look the same when printed. 100% subjective view.

The editor or photo editor still has a lot to say about the pics. It’s called Lightroom. Plenty of your reasonably good pics have been turned explicit over the years using Lightroom...
