  1. Yes they did. Go back to school to learn you grammar.
  2. For some reason I've missed this competition totally, but we have two allocations, same as Norway with Swedes having five. I'm guessing Säyriö and Salonen are our riders. EDIT: Holstedt is a Nordic quali and a Nordic final so there won't be any Brits.
  3. Like others have said, doing it live at the track like you'd be doing it for tv sounds stupid because it's all there to see. Still, I've been an announcer twice and and the way I've done it is that when the green light goes on I've quit talking and when the riders start the 3rd lap I've started talking again. Given the names and standings… Nothing too much but something so the first timers would get some idea. This has been my solution to a question I've pondered for the past umpteen years...
  4. My info is from the allocations excel that had left from Szymanski’s computer sometime last December.
  5. Krsko will have only three knowing no Hungarian will qualify by right. Also reserves to the ECC are the best non-qualifiers.
  6. ”Perfect series for him to be in” yet he’s not even close to getting in. He’s not all that good U know? Did U lot apply for the allocations Svemo gave away?
  7. Me thinks there was an easy solution to this problem. Shave some shale from the inside to the outside and hide the concrete. That concrete has always been there, its what the fence is built on. It has always been there, under the shale. To hit that concrete with your back Wheel spinning is a recipe for disaster, but just cover it... Whats the problem?
  8. At first I thought the kickboard was the problem. Instead the lack of shale next to the fence is. Mindblowing.
  9. Instead of being perfect, it’s now a bit of a trek for Tepi.
  10. Timo Lahti - Abensberg DE Tero Aarnio - Glasgow UK Jesse Mustonen - Lamothe-Landerron FR
  11. We would have been riding in Pardubice. Would have been great for the quys, they wanted it. Now its in the middle of summer in Terenzano, it’s not the same. I have an email from Nov 15th saying the Balakovo round had been discussed in Rome. I think the date for entries closed in October so I could have wtobg earlier.
  12. It was well know before hand that the final will be in Balakovo and there was some extra help offered from the organisers AGAIN that teams would make the trip. It was not a surprise. Pure speculation on my part is why Elitserien playoffs start on that particular day in Sweden? UEM calendar was first (before FIM), then FMN calendars... Finland is still in it to win it!
  13. Whats the point of banning a. winning riders and b. any riders at all since there’s not enoughof them anyway. This had to be a joke?
  14. No. It won't be all that long as 15 times 3 is only 45. Then you add 15 times 1 for the previous heat to f... off and 30 combined minutes for maintenance of the track. And 10 minutes for the parade. That adds up to 100 mins. Less than a footie match.
  15. Is this the same Edinburgh group that does ZP? If it is, they can handle it I’m also all in for Ivanov!
  16. I think he did. The first one was really bad, but he saved it. Darky’s behaviour on twitter is what it is, I actually thought I’ve already unfollowed him...
  17. I’ve done kevlars for a rider to ride in the Elitserien and Polish Nice league this season. When it’s been my turn to do add the sponsors of the rider, most of the suit has been labeled with club logos. Thats how it goes. Like someone said, riders threatened with a strike a while back in Poland. Also worth remembering that Woffy said a few tears ago that if you sign for Ekstraliga club, you sell your soul...
  18. It’s a matter of an opinion, is the safety area behind the fence or behind the point of impact to the fence. Opinion, nothing else. My point regarding Horsens is that at least once the 3-4 bends have been so close to the spectators that a wider racing line has given a chance to throw high5’s with riders...
  19. Whats the point of having a safety perimeter if its half full of fence? In my thinking the safety area is empty and flat, of course. But then again if I was the ref at Horsens SGP I'd naturally measure it from the front of the airfence, because otherwise there might not be a meeting… And in other news from Swindon, the light pilars wont be two meters from the fence as thats where the dog track is. So chin down and onwards to the next disappointment…
