I'd be quite happy to say that last season (and so far this season) Ben Morley IS Mr Consistent. None of the Kent riders were even close to beating him (and Branford) on Monday night.
-
Locke was shocking, i really do fear for his and the others riders safety when he is on track. Well done for getting up and remounting but it's a further worry as the leader is almost able to lap him. Thank goodness Bowen is back next week as we are lacking his leadership. I don't agree that the season has caught up with Verge; after a dip in form he was brilliant last night. Mason won heat 14 again (as you would expect him to do) and i reckon he would have been out for heat 15 had we time to run it. Clifton is back on Monday so hopefully he has got his confidence back. Shanes over doing it? Totally disagree here as Mason seemed to be constantly getting in his way. Thomas really is not far off the Birmingham reserves imo. BYW

If the Rye House top 3 are on form then we can expect some big battles. I'm looking forward to Ayres vs Branford but it's a shame that we won't see Bowen vs Morley. BYW

Kent fans applaud hard, fair and great racing - regardless of what jacket the rider has on #proudtobeaking -

I don't suppose this meeting is covered by the radio? I think Kent will get something from this meeting. Widman to guest for Clifton and r/r for Mason. BYW -
I was very impressed with Speight and Blacklock last night.

His last two outings (he broke the track record in both). I have to say he was dreadful (and i wanted him as our guest). I heard Branford was booked as guest for the IOW trip? -

I know how good Dan G is around CP but we used Ben Wilson at Coventry and he was unbeaten (I was also there to witness it). I'd obviously be more than happy with Ben Morley, If we win on aggregate, it would be more than fitting for him to be part of our first bit of team silverware. BYW -

If we can't get D Greenwood i'd go for Ben Wilson again, i think that would put Ayres at number 1. Get well soon Captain Luke. BYW -

I think our unbeaten run will come to an end tonight, however, Birmingham's lead won't be enough to get the aggregate win. Speedway wins over football every day of the week. BYW -
So you started the thread to have a go at Len rather than make any prediction? Len has been brave today and it looks like he has got it right. Another easy Kent win with the track record back where it should be. I'm really looking forward to seeing Dan G again. BYW

they've got a better away record than Cradley!

I'm sure he'll get the call to guest for us when the time is right. He was so damn fast. Great performance from Kent, did what they needed to do and destroyed Coventry in the process. I thought Knuckey looked good and plenty of effort from RTD. BYW -

I think Stoke are the team that need the changes most! -
by silverware you mean the league title? we've had plenty of silverware already! great result for my boys, i wanted a point and we collected two. No then, where can i view the league table.....
-
If Kent can get 4 or 5 points out of Mason (blew 2 engines yesterday) then the victory will be in the hands of the reserves. I reckon Kent can sneak an away point here.....

cheers pal

can somebody post a link to any radio station that might be providing live commentary? thank you BYW

Easy away win with Bowen stuffing up an Ellis maximum. Only as good as your last meeting. Harris at number 2 and the reserves is where this tie will be lost.

I went to both the meetings and was blown away by the result down at Eastbourne. Bowen, I can see him topping the averages - we have got ouselves another real no. 1. I wonder how many times he will be called up as a guest? Clifton, some glimpses of real quality. Give him a few weeks and our 1/2 pairing could be unstoppable. Ayres, Mr Entertainment - you can tell he has worked on his strength/fitness. Him and Bowen will win the pairs Mason, If he can pick up 5+ points every away meeting i'll be happy with that. He is so good at protecting his teammates Shanes, i thought he was lacking speed but has the potential to score double figures everywhere. He is worth the entrance fee on his own. Verge, bloody hell!! More of that please. Thomas, if i had to pick a rider who impressed me the most it would be young Jack. Certainly one for the future. still smiling! BYW
