The fixtures for the three leagues have now been published and still no date!

Just for the record I spend a lot of time in Devon in the summer and have followed the Devils and Gladiators since Exeter closed.

The Championship fixtures have now been published. Still no sign of the Jubliee play off dates!

I know it's not a Premiership fixture but there's no reason Lion's can't put the Jubilee Trophy fixtures on their own Web site!

It's interesting to see that there's no mention of the dates for the Jubilee Trophy Final against Poole in the Lion's fixtures published today. Does anyone know when they might be?

When I say consistent I don't mean someone who will come out and beat the best one meeting and then get nothing the next!

I don't think anything at Beaumont Park is owned by Leicester Speedway. It's owned by Leicester City Council and leased to David Helmsley who sub leases parts to Leicester Speedway. I'm sure Mr Helmsley wouldn't object to holes in his car park being filled in by Leicester Speedway!

I know about the planning permission to tarmac the car park and mark it out but I think that's unlikely to happen. I don't park in the car park but it's a definite put off trying to walk through it especially when the pot holes are full of water!

Perhaps they can use the motorway blade from Swindon to fill in the pot holes in the car park for starters!

Announced on Leicester website today that they have purchased Swindon's track equipment.

Yes, he rode as a guest at Leicester some years ago and I remember being impressed. Perhaps someone can remember when it was.

Don't forget as well that pensioners don't stop paying taxes when they get their pensions! I'm reminded of that every time I fill the car with fuel! Some are even fortunate enough to be paying income tax if they have an occupational pension as well!

If you are going to try to get into the play offs and win the league you have to put together a team that includes riders who you think will improve their averages. I can't see many of the riders mentioned so far doing that.
