Gollob and the GPs is history. History is best kept in the past. Next we'll have people suggesting wheeling out Ivan Mauger or Ole Olsen. They have had their time, they were great riders but in 2015 none of them should be a in a GP, certainly not if they don't want to be there anyway!

Smoli the guy who has NEVER gone a season without riding in reserve in the EL? Until 2 years ago he'd not even managed to average 6. Danny King has been a 6-7 point man for about 5 or 6 years now. If Smoli can come form nowhere Danny King can. In fact what Smoli proves is most riders can come from nowhere and do it. If I'd told you 2 years ago Smoli would win a GP in 12 months time you'd have laughed a lot more than you have just done at blazeaways comments

I see no issue with using the 3-2-1 scoring, provided you also use bonus points - in fact, that, IMO, is preferable to the 4-3-2-0 format.

But it's not snapped there. It failed at the bottom. When that failed all the structural integrity of a frame has gone. That caused the whole thing to collapse. If you take one of the cables off a suspension bridge the actual roadway will collapse but the roadway is perfectly adequate if the cables work. This is the same, the weld itself is perfectly adequate as long as the bolt holding the frame at the bottom is fine.

Would it be welded at the point where it's failed? Excuse me for not using the correct technical terms but the failed seems to be where the same and engine attach at the front. That appears to be bolted together, not welded. If that nut/bolt comes apart then a structure has been broken and the weight won't be distributed correctly so will snap the top - and probably not here is has been welded but a little further down.

Until you get to the 3rd or 4th beer then you'll be hating Stockholm and loving Cardiff!!

At least with Danny he tried ridnig abroad, failed. Now he's just making a steady living. Same with Stead.

I bet I have watched more live Premier League level football this season than most fans for a start. Generally watch the F1 but only really when it's on the BBC. I'll watch almost any motorsport if I'm channel hopping and its on though but it's only F1 and speedway I make an effort to watch.

15yo go out and crash a lot. After a while they realise it hurts, so they soon learnt to slow down a little, it hurts less If you're not crashing you're not finding your limits and if you're not finding you're limits you're not going to improve. I know it's annoying in the short term but a few crashes from an excitable and keen 15 year old is no bad thing IMO.

As I said when he signed, he'll have good meetings where he scores 13, bad meetings where he scores 1, and meetings where he score anything in between. He'll be up and down from meeting to meeting and some times ride to ride. He'll end the season on a 6.5ish average and frustrate the hell out of the Workington fans.

The announcer at Coventry is fine. It's the presenter who is atrocious. Everyone seems to know it apart from the management.
