  1. not too bad, what league is that in Sweden, the 2nd one?
  2. Very pleased about this, can't argue about it and am looking forward to my weekend of Speedway even more-so now, well done the promotion and thank you
  3. This is completely correct, a lot of stuff on this forum is completely different to what is said at the track on a Saturday night, their is under 40 Berwick fans on this forum and at least 10/15 don't go everyweek, it just shows
  4. Looking forwars to my second trip of the year to the weege' arena, Bandits need points, league ones not race ones
  5. It's sad, probably my favourite track in Britain, comin down from Berwick for the Scunny v Berwick meeting and I'm hoping that that's not the last time I get to go to that track, baffles me how Scunthorpe don't get crowds as the track is amazing
  6. I would go with R. Worrall or Tungate but what do I know If I was an Edinburgh fan I would probably want Lambert out of them
  7. ah I see, wasn't sure who was No.1 for them this month, thanks screm
  8. Richard Hall told me that Rye House was one of his favourite tracks along with Peterborough
  9. In this weeksSpeedway Star Luke Ruddick's average is 4.42 and Ryan MacDonald's is 2.67 so as I said again Luke Ruddick would be Scotland's No.1, baring in mind Luke was only 16 when riding in the NJLRC last season and hadn't ridden in the NL before where as Ryan had a team place at Scunthorpe. Luke has overtaken him this year
  10. Big meeting for Berwick this, despirately need to win this one or PO's are out the window IMO, after 3 prem defeats in a week and an away win in the cup Berwick are probably the most unpredictable team in the league at the moment. Masters and Branford will be out for Edinburgh I think with Barker and Vissing out for Berwick
  11. I've never personally wanted Doolan out but I can remember at the start of last season when he didnt have the money for better machinery he was struggling badly but yes times have changed and so has his form
  12. Jorgensen along with Doolan have been class acts all season, have completely carried the team of late and if we manage to get top 6 or into the KO cup final (here's hoping) the two of them should go down as hero's of Berwick speedway, unbelievable both of them, will be tough to choose between for rider of the season tbh
  13. Luke Ruddick has to be, last year would of been Sneddon and before that Grievesy surely
  14. We need a number 1 and we need to know and make a decision about Claus, we cant wait forever and Claus isn't going to be firing like he was before his injury, its went dramatically down hill in 2 weeks
  15. Funnily enough I also remember this happening and it sprung to mind when hearing of this incident, Dave Dowling must not be very aware of the goings on
  16. Taken from Ben Duffill's facebook 'I want to give my version of last nights events in the Redcar V Somerset meeting Going off the averages printed in last nights programme Matej Kis was eligible to take an R/R ride. Before the meeting began, the referee in charge was questioned as to whether Matej would be the one who is allowed to take an R/R ride and it was confirmed that he was the one we had to use. Matej took his ride in heat 8 and before this, the change was submitted to the referee (Somerset were fully aware of this at the time) as required and it was accepted. At this point no protest was made by the Somerset management, nor after the race, so they were obviously happy and in agreement that this was ok. Not until after heat 12 when Redcar had taken the lead was a protest made. Both sides had been in agreement up until this point, as was the referee who was in charge. Lets turn this on its head. Had I tried to use Stuart Robson in heat 8, this would have been rejected by both the Referee and Somerset management and we would have been in a situation where we were having to appeal. We acted under the guidance of the referee in charge and both sides were in agreement. So the questions I'm asking are: Why did Somerset not protest before the meeting regarding Matej Kus being confirmed as the one to take an RR ride? Both sides were in agreement at this point. Why was an appeal not placed before and immediately after Heat 8? Appealing after Heat 12 once Redcar were leading does sound like sour grapes to me. Redcar came out on top on the night, it was a great performance and the result should stand.'
  17. Jorgensen was ahead of Lambert going into bend 1 in Heat 9 and got to the corner before him, I feel like because he got to the corner before him it completely cut Lambert off eho was just behind him and Jorgensen was leaning in to the corner, I think neither deserved to be excluded as it was a racing incidentnon the first corner and Flint the referee got it right in all 4 back, although unfortunately Robert couldn't take his place in the re-run
  18. Luke Ruddick riding at number 2 for Mildenhall, comes from Berwick but was born in Scotland, Ryan McDonald lost his team place in the national league a couple of weeks ago, I cannot remember who he was riding for though, possibly Stoke?
  19. Yes Kelvin Tatum and Nigel Pearson will be doing a talk show early next year for Berwick Bandits Supporters Club and Bandits 2012 Group
  20. Hahaha worth a punt, it was in an ideal world but I really wasn't expecting Bates to score what he did and was expecting Hall to pull his finger out on a track that he is so familiar with but that didn't happen...Oh well TJ and Kev done well, they've been brilliant all season but we're struggling at the bottom end now as well as the lack of riders at the top end of our team
  21. going Sheffield 48 Berwick 42 with Cook and Bellego getting high scores but Berwick to hopefully nick a point, after last night I highly doubt it though
