  1. Riss and Wright would of been a very good pairing but with Wright at Cardiff and MPT injured it will be Stewart who I don’t think will have enough, might make it to semi’s. My top 4 are Glasgow, Somerset, Edinburgh, Leicester in that order with Redcar being spoilers. I do worry about the Glasgow two because I feel like Cookie is never up for these sorts of meetings and Rasmus can be the same, if they are up for it though they are my winners.
  2. Yeah Kev would do it obviously! Although Jye is lower than Kev average wise so makes you think if Kev has a prior engagement but anyways, THJ is riding for Poole tonight and I think Jye might be ok so we might get them two. Jye loves Somerset!
  3. Berwick gunna be struggling, obviously would of been Summers and NBJ but they both got injured and out for the season, THJ (NBJ’s replacement) ended up in hospital on Saturday night at the Longtrack World Team Cup Final, not sure of injuries but seen his arm in a sling and Jye, his partner on paper crashed at Glasgow whilst leading and withdrew injured. A real shame. Next 2 are Doolan and Gappmaier but I don’t think Gappmaier will do it, you never know Jye and THJ might be ok to race.
  4. Just to clear things up Kev has lived in Berwick since before the start of the season, he’s even trying to get in the local fire brigade.
  5. Forecast looks bad for the meeting, will keep an eye on it but I think I’ll be giving the trip a miss
  6. Think Aarnio is possibly Berwick’s I think, Garrity was Coventry so god knows? I feel like something happened with Scunthorpe and Pboro to do with Garrity’s contract?
  7. Says on Somerset fb page 23 heats of speedway, so probably 20, 2 semis and a final? God knows how it’ll work
  8. You get 24 hours either side for FIM I’m sure
  9. It wasn’t at all? It was Birmingham v Peterborough in a 6 man Championship standard meeting, just checked and he beat Garrity twice, Campton, Stewart, Ostergaard and Lambert 3 times, hardly a NL select??? Yet couldn’t beat Tom Perry or Tobias Thomsen last night...
  10. Fair effort from Ben, Kev, Coty, Leon and THJ after a tapes exclusion but a tapes and a jump/15m from Jye in his first 2 is poor and expected a lot more of Dany tonight, been on good form and went well there last year. If we get 5th it’s a decent season all things considered, shame to just miss out on the play offs again
  11. Nay chip on my shoulder, I just trust that Glasgow arn’t that sort of team, we had already turned down 2 dates and this was the 3rd, running after the cut off was never an option for Glasgow... As the cut off is set for a reason and has already been extended to fit in 10 home matches which is a shambles for all concerned
  12. A favour??? They get fined if they havn’t ran all of their home meetings before the cut off and said themselves last year that no one should be allowed to qualify for the playoffs if they havn’t completed all of their matches haha
  13. Will stop myself from asking questions in future, how was I supposed to know what the visibility in Glasgow was like? There was no mention on the updates site, hence why I asked on the forum, for you to try and humiliate me again, thanks very much.
  14. Thank you, for my sake I hope he isn’t 100% fit as he’s brilliant on his day, we need those 4 points haha
  15. But Barker, Lambert, Allen and Auty seemed to? Anyways others have answered my post properly, thank you, just wondered why you done 15 heats v Scunny but only 10 tonight if the track was so good tonight but so terribly awful the other week
  16. Glasgow fans, be honest, was that track worse than v Scunthorpe? Because you’s are saying it was an excellent meeting and much better but it was raining and got abandoned at heat 10? But when you’s got beat v Scunthorpe in 15 heats it was awful?
  17. Surely could just be a group of 5 and a group of 6? or 1 big group like the fours
  18. Well would ‘justified’ just be wanting the ban to be at a different time, aka now before Glasgow play offs instead of when he had it? It does make sense from his point of view and it is fair enough, although it should probably be extended if there was no ‘new evidence’ on the contrary
  19. Jumble some words around and this will be a Championship football fixture next season as well as a Championship speedway one
  20. Losing an aggregate tie is a bit different to a club closing down, joking or not, for recent examples ask Workington fans and Bury FC fans, I doubt they see a lot funny about it, maybe I was harsh to say that about Glasgow but Craig clearly has stuff going on atm, the gap was never there going into that narrow first corner at Berwick yet he wen’t for it anyways, that’s after the CRC fiasco, the following night withdrawing at Wolverhampton and the speedway star interview as well
