Agreed love the NL, what makes the New Promotion think they can do what Tony Mole couldn’t, He Promoted at more Tracks than any other currant Promoters, and he couldn’t make the top 2 Leagues pay.

The way I see it this, I pay good money every week for my Speedway Star, and if there’s a major issue within Speedway I expect them to keep me updated with that issue, so for the Star to ignore it, it’s doing it’s customers a disservice,

Could the Star do some investigating Journalism about the current situation regarding Swindon Stadium, The Promoters don’t tell the fans any thing, There is now nothing in the Local Press, The silence is shocking, I payed good money to see the “Final meeting at the Abbey” and there was lots of publicity for that meeting but since then nothing, Speedway Star please find out, and let us the fans get an update on the situation

Don’t forget the NL is a Business just as the other leagues, if you don’t have a competitive team the fans don’t come and you go out of Business.

Agreed,don’t start worrying about a team for next season, Swindon’s fans main concern should be have they got a Stadium, and unfortunately I very much doubt it.

You can all be sure that the 2 Top Leagues will have no consideration for the NL at there AGM, They will try and sort them selves out the the NL will be left with what’s left, The BSPA give virtually no thought to the NL, I’ve heard by good authority that they “Forgot” about the 4TT and that’s why it’s not taking place this season

It’s surprising really as someone with Malcolm Vasey,s NL experience you would think he could put together a good team, I would think he is the most experienced Promoter/Team Manager in the League

How should a Team Manager sack a Rider (a) Give him a call and thank him for Is services but inform him is services are no longer required or (b) Text him ?
