  1. No Trees i didn't. But no doubt he was after being 6 up. I do worry with Lewi and TJ though. Time for them to move on next season for me. On a brighter note it was great to see that Josh and Richard are winning races again, and i thought Richie scored well in the 1-5.
  2. I admit to not following any other league but the UK, but i think i see what you are saying . What ever happens next season, time is up for TJ and Lewi.
  3. 1500 + isn't bad these days. I know BV need more because of running costs.
  4. If we don't want to finish bottom again we need to be ruthless.. We need someone in for NKI. If we then have points to play with, we need to look again to see what can be done. i know it may seem harsh, but how many times have we been here. imho Lewi ain't a 1-5 rider in this league, and TJ being the highest average reserve in the league scored 7 from 5 tonight. Connor Mountain 5 from 4 .... Jye 7 from 4 ... Basso 14 from 7 .... Riss 16 from 7. The were positives, Richard and Josh back to winning races and Richie doing well in the 1-5. Yes i'm on one tonight.
  5. I wasn't there, just had the updates on the 3 meetings on my screen. But it was a great effort and a shame we couldn't get over the line. Hope this means Josh and Richie are back to winning races again. Another plus was Richie going ok in the 1-5. Agree on Lewi, i'll call a spade a spade, for me he isn't a 1-5 rider in this league. Regarding TJ, 7 from 5 at reserve wasn't great either. We're 9 points off of Wolves in 4th, but have 2 in hand. We need to replace NKI and another if we have to.
  6. Main bet Fricke -1 v Holder and tie Treble for a bit of fun, PB, BV, Wolves all win from scratch. Good luck
  7. I think the difference could well be Bomber Harris, if he continues his recent form. Josh and Richard have only won 1 race each in the 3 away meetings so far. But i don't expect it to continue all season, and hopefully they start tonight. I can't see the Stars winning enough races tbh. 50-40
  8. Obviously Buster would want more, but i think he will be reasonably happy with that, seeing that he don't have pay rent.
  9. The crowds at the AFA look up a couple of hundred on last year to me. It was reported in the local paper there was close to 2,000 at the Lewi Kerr testimonial. I don't know how they found out, or maybe guessed, who knows. But judging by that i'd say around a steady 1300 ish.
  10. Should be a cracking meeting .To close to call for me. Hope for a big crowd and good racing for all involved.
  11. I'm no connoisseur of the rules by a long stretch, but withholding his services maybe?
  12. Our away stats so far this season are poor to say the least. Surely it can only improve ? Rides race wins NKI 15 5 Gone Richie 13 4 From reserve, now at 2 TJ 15 2 Now at reserve Lewi 11 2 Richard 15 1 Josh 11 1
  13. Bomber to lead the Panthers to a comfortable win if Tofty is properly fit. If Bomber continues his recent form, he could score nearly double what RR could get us for NKI. We're not winning enough races for my liking, so will need to be making starts to stand any chance of getting some points out of this one. 50-40.
