  1. After last season's disaster, i thought we might be able to do something this season. As it stands we're only 5 points ahead of the Panthers, who are bottom and due to strengthen..
  2. If true that could make it interesting, with the Panthers in need as well.
  3. At least people will see a bit of decent racing when it comes to Lynn
  4. I wonder if he realises he can't win it on his own
  5. That is correct. I even like the tractor racing at the AFA
  6. There's 8.06 available for Ully, 8.04 for Hans and 7.87 for Scotty if there quick. Robert finished 2019 on 7.81..But if it ends up being Robert i'll pay your entry to a meeting at the AFA and buy you a pint
  7. As of now Basso is 4.00 for another 4 days i believe. So if you were quick you have 1.64 points on top of any or your riders average riders average to bring you to 39.00 that you can go to. For a one rider change because i'd do that if i had the time as your second rider wont be much better than what you have. So for Ully on 6.62 you could fit a rider on 8.06, as a single change. Hans 6.64 ......... 8.04, and Scotty 6.23 ...... 7.87 .. The best of the 2 riders i was told finished his last British season on a knats cock over Scott + the 1.64. So if my maths and info are correct, and your quick, you could have 1 decent change Once Bens first GSA comes into effect it will need 2 to get riders out to fit him in.
  8. I'm not panicking yet Scott, just a bit concerned that's all. I know he has had some ok scores. What concerns me is 3 heat wins in 29 starts so far this season, compared to 77 starts and 30 heat wins last season. If we aim for a play off place, and to do something if we get there, i think we will need more HT wins from Richard. Maybe he has been struggling with his starts all season so far ?, compared to last. Your obviously privy to more than us. But hope he finds the solution
  9. Thanks for that. I wasn't sure when it came into effect. Maybe an announcement soon.
  10. I'm big enough to own it mate. Some might think i made it up, but i don't do that. Ully was certainly riding for his place by the looks of it last night
  11. TBH i wasn't told not to repeat it and i didn't ask if i could. But the way in he told me i got that impression, so have aired on the side of caution. This was Thursday, others might of heard the same now, i don't know.. But it isn't that hard. One is in the Champ, and if he came in on my maths would be at 6.The better one has ridden over here, but don't now. I know what it like being a Stars fan. I won't be doing yes/no to suggested riders, as it didn't go down well Thursday, so that's your lot i'm afraid
  12. Any 2 of Scotty, Hans and Ully would leave room for the 2 i was told. As it stands going by the Green sheet aves on Speedway GB as of now ,the best one by a long way of the 2 i was told would squeeze in as a single change for either 1 of the 3 above. But when Basso's new GSA comes into effect, it will need 2 changes.. We will have to see. Still time, and i'll own it, right or wrong.
  13. Looks like he was fighting for his team place going by updates.
  14. I use these p22_issue_7a.pdf (britishspeedway.co.uk) up to 11 June
  15. It sounds like you have been told reading this. And I’m not the only one to think it. That’s why I asked if you could name then in my last post. I will name the 2 riders I was told even if I was told wrong. But will be having words with that person if they make me look a plum.
  16. I edited my post while you was writing i think. I thought Basso's first GSA wont be nothing to do with his 4 point assessed average. So at the moment after his 5 meetings it is 4.86 (28 rides, 34 points). So for example if he scores 10 from 5 tomorrow, that would be 33 rides, 44 points. 44 divided by 33 x 4 to give 5,33. That's how i see it. But as you said Rob will be on it if it is the case
  17. I though Basso would be given his first GSA after his 3rd meeting home and away, which would come into effect straight away( tomorrow) and not at the end of the month? I could well be wrong. If your right they will be about a point under
  18. And a pair of these... But i hear Poole is much smoother these days
  19. Yep me too. Ben is the one who can change his average considerably in this one meeting.
