Lynn looked better. I hope Rory is ok.TJ would of had 7 rides tonight. 4 plus 15 and an RR plus a Tac Sub. Would of been closer. Well done Panthers.
Pretty good crowd. A good 1000
Erik has been well off form. R/R for him at the moment makes us a bit stronger , i would say.
But TJ is a miss. He is going well, and he probably would of had 7 rides (HT15, RR for Riss and a Tac Sub ride).I'll be surprised if Rory will cover for him.
Might give this one a miss .Busters had 115 quid off of me over the last 2 meetings.
Well he's in a awkward place come Thursday. If the track is prepared slicker than 2019 like it has been, it won't do the Panthers any harm. I expect it to be the same as last week. Not to help the away team, but just to be consistent. What he should and probably will do, is just let them race. Although the Stars team he put together( or signed off on) was sh*t compared to the Panthers.
If the Stars to loose again, he can expect and deserve a bit of flack from fans for the that Stars team.
Yes that was tight Neil. A weaker Stars team still, i fear. An awkward meeting for Buster and co. With the Stars fans desperate for a win. It looks like Busters Panthers may well going to put another nail in Busters Stars coffin
Hope the Stars pull it off, but not holding my breath
So TJ is out for this one, with Rory standing in for him.
A big loss for the Stars imho. I think there was a good chance that TJ would of had 6 rides (HT15 and a sub ride). He's going well and would be worth 12- 13 from 6 around the AFA.
I can't see Rory getting near that. He might only get 4 rides if we are way behind, with Lawson getting a sub ride. So can see something like 6-7 from 4 for Rory.
Not looking forward to this one
I was in the stadium for 6.30, and saw the BV rides walk the track. As they walked back in the pits they was saying between themselves how good the track looked.
It is slicker this season ,as the race times back that up, and although i think some riders asked for it, i'm, not so sure they have their bikes dialled in for some reason.
He was the one trying got get the riders going with his team talk in the pits after the bad start we had. He wasn't a happy chap. Rob Lyon is the one, but the Panthers have him as well as the better riders
Limited to 1000 Rob. But as you say the crowd wasn't much different form before the restrictions. This covid thing isn't making much if any difference to our gate. There looked like at least 1000 there, but i have bought a ticket online, just before the meetings this season. So who knows.
