If I have read it right, Lasse Bjerre's average goes up from 4.72 to 6.14, effective from 1st May ?

Your choice -
Weird one. Poole is cash only One of the dearest in the league to bring a family with kids to. The best supported. The most successful. Well sponsored. Can't afford Kevlars or shale.. Is it a case of deep pockets and short arms ??

Good move. Would put BWD or Wright at reserve. Strengthen main body and the reserves.

Who else wanted to take the risk and buy the club? 90 tons of shale and new machinery.. Lost Cookie cause he thought he was the special one out of Busters 21 riders.. People have been saying that in general, meeting running times have been better, the programmes are better quality.. 2,500 crowds... Neil Watson has just said 3 points under the limit until May.... Tell me who else would do a better job.. No one else wanted to know... I'm not a fan of Buster, but what more do you want... It's only April -

Are averages only worked out on league meetings ? If so Wolves have had 1 meeting so far. I don't know but I would of thought the first set of averages might come in after 4 league meetings ? You might of worked out averages based on all the teams meetings so far, just to give an idea how all the riders are going Its still points divided by rides, then x the answer by 4. Pretty sure bonus points don't cost towards team building averages. After 1 league meeting so far, not including bonus points. Masters 5.00 Howarth 4.00 Scotty 7.33 Rory 7.33 Morris 4.00 Becker 7.33 So for team changes before the new averages come into effect, pretty sure its based on there starting average. Sorry if you already know

Ronnie Allan With the good crowds they get and they are one of the dearest for kids as well, you would of thought they could afford a bit of shale and someone to prepare it. I very much doubt that Ford is skint... Maybe it a case of less on the track, more in his pocket, who knows. I hear that Poole riders where throwing T shirts to the crowd on the parade. Should of been gas masks

I wasn't there Baggy, but he looks like Kasper rode very well. 9 points from the engine room of Riss, TJ and Kerr looked poor on paper. But TJ had 2 offs last night, I don't know if he was carrying a knock, but I would of took a draw before hand -

Lets see what it's like at the Showground tomorrow, if Busters doing the track -
You usually apologise when things go wrong, like the tractor or the bowser breaking. But the management decided not to water the track at the riders request, causing the conditions. They decided to make it a dust bowl for the fans. The "did not bind the thin shale" bit... It's pretty simple really, if the sale is dry, you get dust . If its wet you don't... Once the meeting had run a few heats and the dust starts you water the track ( if the riders let you). The only reason I can think of for the riders not wanting the track watered during the meeting, once the dust started, is that there wasn't enough shale on the track to start with, and watering would of made the base like an ice rink. There is no other logical reason for leaving it in that state. Imho, and it's just an opinion, saying that the riders didn't want the track watered, because it would of been to dangerous to ride, due to the lack of shale, might of been nearer the truth . Imho the track was wrong from the off. Once the little bit of shale was pushed wide there was nothing anyone could do, unless you want an ice rink. You can't polish a turd. But what do I know Buster might lend you some

Who granted them.. I thought Ford was going to fly in for home meetings.Looks like take the big crowds money, and keep the riders happy ,if Skidder is to be believed.. Something wrong here. Poole is a money maker for Ford. He has done a good job over the years ,because it has always been his interests. Now it might be not.

Got to agree on soaking the base. On a hot day and a morning meeting, the track needed watering very early. Maybe preparing the track the night before, and starting to gradually water the track from as early 5 am to allow the base to absorb/ hold in some moisture, that's if its possible at Poole. I don't know about the access situation. Agree about the track being prepared for the crowd to a certain degree Baggy, but I think the riders should have some input as well. Saying that, the track was not acceptable at all in that state. Even if the riders asked for it .How many riders like riding in those conditions ? Not fair to all the customers paying their hard earned , and dangerous to the riders as well I would of thought. I'm sure I read that by a Poole fan that Klindt pulled up in one race because he couldn't see.
