  1. Very good, very professional, and a very nice chap. Condolences to his family and friends. R.I.P. Edwin Overland
  2. I will reply, but i'm not getting into a slanging match. I know i will get the usual stick i've had all last season, starting from your first meeting when NP fell, some unfairly imho.. I'm not the most articulate of people by a long shot, but.. Firstly i will apologise for mentioning ALF on the forum. I shouldn't of mentioned that. But i still think it's you Friday is my pub day, and i was a tad pi%%ed and wound up with all the crap Lynn/ Buster is getting of late. Like yourself, i'm passionate about my club. Just a couple of things.I'm pretty sure that Mick Bratley said on here that Buster couldn't rock the boat when the season was running (apologies if i'm wrong).. That might go some way to explaining what he said over the mic( but i don't know). And tbh do you 100%, or anyone else for that matter. Iknow Buster wanted out at the end of last season, and that he doesn't seem to involved with trying to save the club btw. Regarding the fence, lights etc, Bratley also said that" Buster wasn't the bad guy here" regarding them. If he didn't remove them, they would get someone who will, and would bill Buster for it. As for not selling the club (or what's left) to the consortium.. He is going to, but it has been said that they won't buy it yet!! , because they don't have anywhere to race. I know from someone as close as you can get, that Buster thought the club was as good as sold to MT, and he told me he had seen plenty of proof of that. CJ also said they had found land. So to me it looks like MT spouting what seems to have been rubbish, that he either couldn't or wouldn't back up. I know BC isn't perfect by a long way, and i'm certainly not a bloody Ninja. I've given him some stick on here in the past. It's just some things( not all) i think he gets undeserved stick for. Thats all, because we don't want to fill the Lynn thread with PB's problems.
  3. I have spoke to you, many times, You seemed ok, via PM. I have said to you, i think your Aguta Fan... Have i not???? You denied it.... But your not a 100% speedway fan either way., are you ?
  4. No. With respect MPT and Lewis is a no no, if we are trying to make the top ,4rying for that play off spot
  5. Apparently she was seen this morning, walking her dog..
  6. I wouldn't trust Holder myself, although i doubt if Buster would ask, or Holder accept . We have half a chance of making the play offs, so must go as strong as we can. Magic and Tungate would do for me
  7. Lets hope so.It can't be easy to find a No1, willing and within budget. Nicolai isn't easy to replace either. It looked like he was getting it together, and he generally has a good 2nd half of the season too.
  8. What on earth was the ref watching, or probably not
  9. Lawson over and ex 7 @1.95 and 5.50. Bit bit safer treble for me.. but only a little Ippo win +2 and added Lynn and Leicester to make it up to 2.00 Just small stakes for some interest. GL
  10. I remember, that the tide was used as an excuse in Poole's later seasons in the top flight, when the track was rough..
  11. Great to here from Nicolai. Came across as a decent bloke, and with a strong mentally, which is a big bonus in our sport.
  12. You said a few days ago that you felt sorry for the Kings’s Lynn fans….Yet you want us to suffer even more than we are already. Because that’s what will happen if more riders leave…………
  13. It's gonna be a close one. We need all 6 to be on it to come away with the points imo. Ht's 13 and 15 could do us in if Brennan gets back to his great form, after a poor points tally at BV last night.
  14. I put it down to a night in 2022, when Sheffied were in town. Fans and riders in, and the rain came down before tapes up. After waiting until it stopped Buster went out on track to do his thing, for about an hour. Some riders obviously still didn't fancy it was called off around 9PM, by i presume the Ref.. That was the night Buster took to the mic, and said he had had enough, and the club was up for sale... He was already thinking about retiring, and things for whatever reason haven't gone well since.
  15. I bet he does if the BSPL let him. I don't know how bad his ankle is, but he wasn't happy way before the injury. Time will tell.
  16. That can only be good news. Does that mean the hold up was not on Busters side after all ?. And more that the consortium don't want to buy it yet, until a track/land is found.
  17. That's an Ippo fan, and now a PB fan saying that. When that happens, you know you've got it tough
  18. Fine. Sometimes people can't say it all in the public domain. That's all.
  19. You wont accept a PM from me.. Im not the devil. I probably get info than you...
