  1. Poor effort... Do you put the king air fence up, or clean the rubbish house, pick the up the crap left after a meeting.... Oh no you just wanna pay £22 and watch good speedway. If Buster had said that .... CJ or MT, hold on, we might need them..
  2. TJ was injured, and came out and won the re run... MT just did sod all. I could make up an award for him, but i won't .
  3. To go from 17 last time out, to that. Who's fault is it, Klindt or the track man. I know AL only cares about himself. But Lynn let him do it.
  4. After the Pairs i though Vad and RW would score 20 between them.
  5. I'm sure they are trying. I doubt if any of your riders are on a guarantee. Maybe NKI?
  6. Klindt scored 17 last time out at Lynn, and you know how he went in the pairs
  7. I hope he needed to go, otherwise it don't show him in a good light.
  8. Well done Simon Lambert.... 2 points from Klindt, Kye and Barker... And Klindt in HT 15. I think at around 5 grand a meeting, surely the long suffering Lynn fans deserved him in HT 15. Or did he have to dash off to catch a plane or something.. Klindt got 17 in his last home meeting. He looked like he struggled with the track tonight. Somethings wrong somewhere
  9. Long interview from Simon Lambert. Saying it like it is..
  10. Pickering didn’t look comfy in his first one. When did Lewi go to Turkey?
  11. Gonna have a stab at Ippo win from scratch and Sheff -12 double Klindt over 8
  12. I think they used to say when the tide is in it affects bends 3 and 4 back in their Prem days.
  13. Ideally I'd like a new promotor who needs to off load lots of cash each season, and we stay in the Prem. Otherwise cut your cloth accordingly
  14. Lynn's team will be cheaper now with Fred and Picko gone. Buster honouring Artem's deal is probably what's pinching his pocket now, and obviously wouldn't be the case in the Champ. I think Lynn could survive in the lower tier. Especially if they challenging near the top. I don't think the crowds would be down a great deal. Fans like a winning team, and it might attract a few newbies/old fans back in if the team was winning, and be a bit cheaper for the fans. All the Stars need is a new promoter, not an owner, and imo Buster will do all he can to accommodate one at Lynn .Although he seems done with it all, he's a Lynn speedway man at heart.
  15. I think you might be a little high with some , but as you said "top line". But you can see the problem. 1000, 1200 at best for home meetings at the AFA, to pay for both home and away is a no goer. Some of them are kids, concessions, and you have the dreaded tax to pay as well . I think the days of £120K sponsors are a thing of the past at Lynn. It was rumoured that Mr. Warnes was putting in that kind of money once. A good sponsor for Lynn would be around £50k these days is my guess. Alex has said that he pumped a large wedge of his own money on top of the sponsorship money his company put in. So you can see where Buster is coming from when he says we are over budget. Lynn in the Prem isn't sustainable with our crowds. I'd rather drop down than not be competitive every year, if i'm honest.
