  1. Absolutely has to start Thursday. Watching him at Sheffield i'm not convinced he has the motivation though. He bottled it into the first turn and was well off of the pace at the back in the 2 races he finished. Jason Edwards looked faster. We will see Thursday i guess
  2. Agree. No news from Billy Big Spuds since all the talk. Exactly. It can't be silly money surely . It's a weird one, but you would think a passionate supporter of the club (MT) with plenty of money ,who has bought a 26 acre site, but won't spend a bit more to save the club he loves. It must have some value though, although not a great deal.
  3. Opinions are like arse holes. We all them. It's fine to disagree. That's what a forum is all about .
  4. Holder being a complete co*k wasn't Busters fault. And trying to get him in the team was MT's fault, trying to run before he could walk imo. Your 18 point maximum man apparently wont come back after 100 yards on track. If NP had bagged 10-12 points in that meeting no one would want Holder over NP. Buster deserved some credit for getting NP in imho. I bet it's not Buster who has told him not to return.. It will be his Polish club or NP, or a bit of both.
  5. That's what i mean. I don't think Buster is asking to much, whatever that is, i don't know. But given he knows the situation you are in, and has been around the block a bit where speedway is concerned, i don't think he would want a fortune. My guess would be that MT don't want to buy if yet, even for cheap. Not without a new venue. I read he had brought a 26 acre site, but who knows. He's been as quiet as Buster on the situation. A statement from either on the subject would be nice.
  6. Then MT could surely buy it now. Buster isn't stupid, he knows how long you have at the Showground, and what the club is worth in this state. It's not worth much, unless it has a future. MT probably won't pay anything until he has a guaranteed site for it. The value of the club goes up if another site is found and Peterborough Panthers continue. My guess is MT wont buy it until he has a site, which i thought he said he did? Nothing Buster can do if that is the case. I'm sure he don't want/need the crap hes's been getting along with the stress it brings.
  7. I'd be stunned if you ever see them pair in a Buster team. I don't think any other club owner would after that night either, and rightly so imho.
  8. I haven't checked but maybe there are stocks at the AFA today. Or rider availability issues
  9. With WTF's post about Zagar's £5k a meeting ( and going by some of his posts i think he is closer to speedway than most are on here) then i wouldn't touch Zagar. Come back Lambo please.
  10. After watching him last night i'll drive him to the Showground myself . He looked like a novice.
  11. If you get Zagar and we get Worrall i wont be a happy bunny. You can't weaken us to make you stronger. By weaken i'm not saying Worrall isn't better than KK , but he's not in Zagar's league. Lynn should be Busters priority imho.
  12. Apparently they where practicing on it only hours before the meeting started. You would of thought it would of been mentioned then and rectified before the meeting.
  13. Yes please. But Boro fans would go into meltdown with Zagar i would of thought that KK and Zagar would be on about the same money.
  14. You wouldn't be very popular at the Showground
  15. Yeah. Something like " On tonights form i wouldn't have him at reserve"
  16. I heard a whisper a few minutes ago that Buster is thinking of swapping Richie and K K, as KK has said after tonights meeting he prefers your track. You get rid of Richie, we get shot of KK
  17. Yeah. He wasn't a happy chappie. It did come across like that to me.
  18. MPT did nothing wrong..Tofty was trying to come around Kerr on the run to the line, and Kerr flicked his back wheel out going over the line and and squeezed Tofy up close the the fence going over the line. They exchanged words while riding back to the pits. When they got off the bikes on the track outside the pit gate Kerr rugby tackled him to the ground.
  19. Unfortunately the Stars never looked like they were going to do a gas* n grab tonight.
