  1. Haha, didn't realize Nike's average was so low tbh I hope he'll ride for Newcastle, has he said he's coming to the uk? Of course... It could be for a PL team...?
  2. I didn't mean that bit, as I'd already corrected it in the post anyway But I just meant the signings
  3. I have only just seen this post I doubt Ludvig will go, more so than any of the other 6, he's basically part of the club now, team captain, been around for years now and I think George is a big fan of our adopted Geordie and so am I, probably our best number 4 since Rene in 2010... I'd like to keep Lewis and Ludvig as a partnership too, they're awesome together, although I do agree, Rose at 3 and Ludvig at 4 is better than the other way around, makes Heat 14 strongish too... I still think we're too top heavy... Just a shame our reserves are averaging 1 a meeting (Bit harsh, but can't be too far from the truth...) Ahh yes, I have seen this page before, but I generally just wait until the new greensheet averages thing comes out, but thanks for the link We might as well say that we have 2 number 1s, 2 heat leaders, 2 reserves and a dead weight, just looking at the averages there... Interesting to see that Ludvig and Lewis have exactly the same amount of rides and points but people are talking about getting shot of Ludvig but not Lewis, not that I'd want either of them to go... The post about Rene joining Glasgow better not be true...
  4. Well... I hope not... I want him at Newcastle... And the last time I looked, Glasgow is to the west Unless you're talking about SOUTH east and you actually mean Newcastle
  5. I think this is possibly the first time I've been right in about two years on the forum xD Although it was kinda obvious...
  6. I think with the rest of the team, his home form wouldn't matter, we'd be strong enough, but it'd be nice to get some riders who could ride away tracks, like Sheffield and Peterborough, just to improve our away form And to answer your question... No Anyway, I have in my head what I'd like to see, and if it happened, I'd be happy, but I doubt it will Finally...
  7. Ahhh Thanks for the information, I was kinda hoping that maybe Rose, Lindgren's and Morris' average would drop .5 or a full point between them, and then maybe we'd have a little more to play with at reserve before Steve's and Robert's new averages came out (Which both will presumably rise), if that would play by the rules, but since you said they've all risen
  8. Klindt is a rider I wouldn't mind seeing at Newcastle, but I got slaughtered for suggesting it... I agree with that, Starke too
  9. I think Clegg would be 10.08 and Williamson would be 9.49, Williamson at 5 would be amazing, can you imagine heat 13? Yes, I see where you're coming from, so the number 7 will score a load of points that they might not have got at number 2
  10. And I'm sure they'll see this... What if Berwick or Scunthorpe didn't want Ostergaard?
  11. Wouldn't Clegg be at 1? And wouldn't it be better to have O'Keefe at reserve? And have Geary, since he's the most experienced, in the main body?
  12. If people want to get rid of Hansen and Starke, I'd happily see them at Brough
  13. If you read a few posts up Hell no!! I didn't enjoy watching him THAT much o.o
  14. What about Max Clegg and Ben Basford? Have the Basfords at reserve Oops, forgot about Lee Geary, oh well Grasstrack with a bit of concrete sticking out of the track Hey, you know that Pipe fella, brings in ALL the ladies
  15. Well compared to the rest of the Panthers... He looked good Plus, that fall in heat 15, to get up from that was good in my eyes, looked very nasty I was lucky to even make this meeting, I was supposed to be going home to Finland but that got delayed until today, so I'm just glad I got to see some racing!!
  16. Think we know too... Feel a bit sorry for Connor tbh because he tries his heart out, but the rules have just chucked a young Brit into the deep end, it's destroying him Was really impressed with Bacon... To have lead Steve for two laps at Brough is an amazing effort Shame he couldn't quite hold on, a little more experience and maybe he could... Hopefully Ged dumps him, then... BRING IN BACON!! Then we wouldn't have to drop the busy one and people won't get their knickers in a twist... Assuming Bacon keeps below 2.19 Although expect another 47 opinions from me when the new averages come out Also was impressed by Starke and Ostergaard
  17. That's why I think we should give him his opportunity to move onwards and upwards for his and the team's sake... Plus now I've realized Rene could fit in, I want that to happen xD I've always wanted to see the Spillers race in this country, more than just a short while at Eastbourne, but I don't think they'd be much better than what we have now (for now, think they will both be awesome in a few years time, as will Connor, I'm sure) Well... I'd prefer to replace him with Rene, but you're right, I didn't realize how many leagues Brady raced in too, I thought it was just Poole and Sweden... how would he have clashes with Poole though? They're a Wednesday night track and no other team in the PL rides on a Sunday and no CL team rides on a Wednesday... So that doesn't really mean we'll miss him for Poole I wouldn't mind 6 points from a reserve...
  18. Not sure it will be as simple as some people are suggesting, but I think we'll still get the victory, though I won't be able to make this one as I'll be in Finland come the end of the meeting
  19. I dunno, I just want my team to win is all, and I don't see us doing that with what we have now We all have our opinions, plus, I've always loved Rene, so any way I can fit him into my team, I would
  20. Well... Yeah, thing is with Ludvig, he's either untouchable, or gets 3 or 4 points Even I admit he's inconsistent, although he hasn't really been too bad thins year I'm glad he's at number 4 personally, he's a great second string
  21. I'm not questioning his commitment because he's not been here, but Newcastle must be far down his list of priorities in his head Poland Sweden Germany First tier Britain Second tier Britain Where would we come in that list I wonder? Also... It's a very busy schedule... Will he tire, become inconsistent? Like Ludvig sometimes does during the Swedish season?
