Stuart Dickson has announced that Richard Lawson is to replace Richie Worrall in the play offs against Redcar. Presumably this is only at Redcar as Eastbourne are also riding on the same night as the Leicester's home match.

Kevin Doolan has asked on Facebook for a spanner man to help him out at Leicester today as he has just received a late guest booking foe Eastbourne. Is this for Kennett or someone else?

If he does get banned before the end of this season Glasgow won't suffer will they when they can bring in someone like Sam Masters.

Currently on +/- (away points won less home points lost) Glasgow are +18, Leicester +16, Redcar +8 & Somerset are on +6. So as it stands it looks like the race for the top position is only between Glasgow & Leicester. A more than 6 point win by Somerset tomorrow at Leicester could change things though.

Leicester will find it difficult to win the league title with the current team because Ryan Proctor is not competitive and Joe Lawler although trying very hard is not scoring.

It has been said by someone that the 40 minutes taken to prep the track between matches and the NL riders track walk did not unnecessarily delay proceedings because it took a similar time to remove the CL riders from the pits area and to then install the NL riders who then needed to warm up their bikes. If this is correct and was known about in advance then it is impossible to stage 2 matches in 4 hours and should not have been attempted.

Must stop using RD in heat 15.

Something needs to be done because all the other top BCL teams have strengthed up and Leicester's early season dominance is no longer.

Ty Proctor is now available having been released by Sheffield.

Sarjeant being a Leicester asset was sent a contract to sign and return to ride for his parent club's BCL team. He did not do so and did not contact the club to explain why. When he was asked to explain he said that he had signed for Glasgow as they had offered him more money. Leicester were then entitled to ask for a fee to compensate them having had to buy him in the first place or presumably they could have prevented him from joining Glasgow. Leicester however then offered his place to Ellis Perks who as it happens is doing a better job than Sarjeant ever could.

Wolves used RR to cover Nick Morris Who had not ridden for them.

Obviously some fans think they have to stand in their own spot. They even tried pushing their way in but to no avail so I understand things got a bit tetchy. Hope all goes well this time.

Hope they don't upset the same Berwick fans by standing in their usual spot like they shamefully did last time. I understand from those involved that Stewards were asked to move them

Riders who are missing due to having to ride in a league which is not covered by the normal guest rider rule should be reconsiderd. It is the paying public that suffers and what about clubs needing to field teams that are considered to be of competitive strengths. Does this requirement no longer apply? Perhaps the rule that only allows a BNL 6 pointer should be changed to allow at least a BCL 6 pointer should be considered. Thoughts anyone?

Doesn't he ride for Stoke in the BNL who also ride on Saturdays
