Please could you explain to me how Scott Nicholls was allowed to guest at Ipswich when Josh's CL average is 9.54 and Scott's PL average is 7.58. What conversion was used? Is it no longer the +60% which would have made Scott's converted average 11.88.

if all the riders currently riding for BPL & BCL teams want to return next year it is possible to fill 18 teams in one league with 7 riders each by including say 15 BNL riders who are not already riding for any of the top 2 division teams. Team strengths will obviously be reduced but so what. A clean slate is required. In a couple of seasons time some of the lesser lights will have improved and team strengths will increase.

Isn't it a bit rich of CVS to question the credibility of British Speedway's use of guests and double uppers and downers? Has he not been a long standing member of the body that has created and allowed it to be in the state it now is. I say again scrap it all and start again. Wolves like most teams are now suffering because of their use of riders who are unavailable to them because they are required to ride for their parent clubs instead.

I just want to say I agree with your last sentence. If some of the better class NL riders are used it is possible to fill 18 teams with 7 different riders and have just the one league. The standard will obviously be lower but a clean start is the way to go.

As I've said before. There are enough riders to fill say 18 teams if the better BNL riders are used. Yes, the overall team strengths would be reduced but it would be the same for all. We could then do without Double Uppers & Double Downers. Another possible solution to any rider shortage would be to allow each team to use 6 riders and operate RR on 4 occasions per match by using any 4 different riders to take the rides.

It states on Leicester's site that David Howe is coming in for Josh Bates but on Wolves site it states that Howe replaces Eric Riss with Jye Etheridge coming in for Bates.

Think you'll find that most people (Promoters Excepted Of Course) within the sport know it's a joke as well. Promoters are responsible for all that is laughable and or cryable within our sport.

What is the admission fee for this meeting?

Yes if you incorporate a selection of competitive National Leaguers. If we had say 18 teams in one league 126 riders would be required, the combined averages of whom would be approx. 620 if considering all those who have and are riding currently, which when divided by 126 = approx. 5 per rider x 7 per team = a team average of approx. 35. Yes this would reduce the overall strengths of the teams but it would do away with double upper and downers. In say 2/3 years new stars would emerge and team strengths could be increased. Something needs to be done because British Speedway in its' present form has become an unmanageable monster which must be killed and a fresh start made.
