Peterborough Panthers 2022
Purplepanthernotred replied to Flappy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Good too see Hans doing abit better at home last night, tho we are struggling far too much, I understand why they did but having ulrich on a 7 average in my opinion is just a no no. First thing they’ve got too do is sort the track out, as at the moment it’s nothing short of sh*te…. No outside racing line or anything, gate and go is boring. I don’t know who or what if it’s buster that’s obsessed with fast times, I for which couldn’t care about times I’d rather see a race 2/3 seconds slower with passing. I feel if we have another couple of meetings like this then there has too be changes. Palin looks way way out of his depth and I can’t work out why he’s struggling so much -

Genuinely pathetic, not very often I slate teams but this is dreadful, can’t understand what is happening with this team at the moment -

This is a repeat of 2019 all over again after such a fantastic season last year -

Can see Hans dropping back too reserve soon and basso in the main body… will they benefit us or make us weaker, with Hans seemingly struggling on the bigger tracks so far this season I feel it’s a cause for concern, fingers crossed all the boys will get firing soon -
Sheffield vs Peterborough 5/5/22
Purplepanthernotred replied to Gasser90's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Hoping too keep it close and nick a point, can’t see it tho, Hans seems too be more of a small track man so far, palin needs too find something aswell, keeping fingers crossed for the boys -
Both as bad as each other

Don’t know what you mean I’m hanging off the edge of my seat here and no that’s not because I’ve had a shandy
-
You can hear porky but that’s it, big bank holiday crowd in, no no no there isn’t trust me, if that’s a good crowd then I’m lost for words
-
Shocking, can’t understand why you’d use this as the first meeting of the season for the tele, literally anywhere but here
-
As happy as I am that our thrashing isn’t on the tele the racing from monmore never seems anything too get excited about

I agree with this tbf, last season was almost impossible too even contemplate before a wheel had turned, will probably be one of our greatest successes but defo this season so far it’s looking like a few are struggling. I think palin is a great lad but for the life of me can’t understand why he seems too be struggling so bad, especially after the way he rode those couple of races in the Ben Fund, here’s hoping they can turn it around and have a decent go at defending the crown

Belle Vue 2022

I’m with you on that one 100% I can’t see how it’s difficult too understand that 25% has too be completed before the change bar injury, And with league cup not being mentioned the normal assumption in my opinion would be too assume that you can’t change until the first 5 league meetings. That’s my logic anyways no doubt be questioned by others -

Surely Ipswich have got too make changes now? Tho I’m sure hawkins will have many positives too take from the meeting -

Biggest team in British speedway but still have an empty trophy cabinet -

Surely like mentioned above this makes that 25% rule irrelevant… just makes a slight mockery in my opinion -
Stars v Panthers Thurs 21/04/2022
Purplepanthernotred replied to Bald Bloke's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Basso looks set too be an instant hit wherever he goes. Few too many ifs and buts last night for panthers unfortunately, would MPT and an inform Nicholls have made the difference…? ulrich seems too run out of steam after 3 rides hopefully that’ll change. Fair play too the Lynn boys in heat 15 can’t deny that that was a great ride by both. -

We don't need someone like that he's struggled like mad this year, he's no good! -

Need a solid team, if they are available to ride I think the best team we can have is this: Kenneth bjerre8.22 Lasse bjerre 6.90 Anders Thomsen6.62 Simon lambert5.25 Kenneth Hansen7.07 Ashley Morris4.37 Leaves 4.07 Gunna have strong riders at reserve and the back up to the main body which we've lacked!
