As has been said, he’s not building a hotel. And given that the renovations will be mainly complete by February I can’t see how that affects the finances of the club which doesn’t start until March/April. Also both are separate legal entities so one does not affect the other.

I agree, the infamous bend 1 rut/hole seems to have reappeared but the rest of the track was OK. Odd considering last week Cookie described it as "in great shape .. and was really enjoyable to race on" And we all know that he would be the first to moan if it wasn't right.

Yes. They agreed on a cut off time of 10:15. Anything could have happened over those remaining heats. I wasn’t expecting us to win with 2 men out and having to rely on Paul Starke to take on better riders.
