Claus as an experienced rider was upset he was been done by a young upcoming rider in Nathan Ablitt and basically ploughed into Nathan , Claus was been treated to by medics in the pits for burns to his upper body after the meeting .I’ve lost all respect to him as a rider and it was a poor show by him .hopefully Nathan is okay and is fit to ride as he’s been a revelation since joining the Scorpions and is a breath of fresh air since joining.us

Due to Glasgow’s well timed team change in bringing in The Pole , tonight will be Nathan Ablitts last meeting for Scunthorpe Scorpions and from August 28th he will be replaced by Tai Woffindon who will come in at No 7 for the Scorpions using his historical average from 2006 conference league campaign with the North Lincolnshire side apparently this is legal as it’s more then 10 yrs since he rode at the Eddie Right Raceway . This will now ramp up the pressure on Poole Pirates who are desperately trying to check is Bartosz Zmarzlik has ridden for Weymouth Wildcats in the Speedway Conference League . Speedway has gone Stupid

I’m sure the team selection has to be ratified by the heirachy and approved , so to me it doesn’t look like it’s been sanctioned by whoever sanctions it BSPA , SCB or the ACU ? . So if replacements are needed it will be tough as 7 out of 9 sides ride on Friday night if injuries and rumours are correct it will be R/R

I’ve seen him twice live and agree with you ,if he stays level headed and virtually injury free he’s got a great career ahead of him

As some one quoted a rider won’t be good enough on the small tracks? Well the teams in the playoffs will be Poole,Oxford ,Glasgow ,Redcar and Scunthorpe plus either Birmingham or Edinburgh so there won’t be any small tracks involved ? , I’m sure Glasgow have already done the deal for the new rider before Marcin Nowak announced this and will need ratifying by the BSPA

Don’t know why there well supported as usually the actual racing at Poole is poor compared to places like Glasgow ,Redcar and Scunthorpe proper race tracks were out of the gate first doesn’t guarantee a win and 3 pts

Complete Sh*t show from Oxford Speedway 194 miles in van from Hull , hotel room for the night.Went and bought ticket from the Oxford promoter at 4 pm and asked is it on , his reply it will definately go ahead , so for £22 pounds I watched two tractors drive round the track for 40 minutes , not one rider from any side got changed or warmed a bike up . There’s no wonder fans are getting disgruntled 2 weeks running for Oxfords fans ps treat paying supporters with a bit of respect and stop taking the piss out of them why chance it call it off like the two other Wednesday tracks Rant Over

Pleased we have gone with a guest and a decent one as well, as we need to get a big win and then go to Perry Barr and get the minimum of the bonus point to keep going up the table ps does any one know when Tofty is due back ??
