  1. So I make points difference Ipswich +180, Sheffield +181. So Sheffield can still finish top with 2 wins against Ipswich?
  2. Ridiculous that these stupid sprint points could decide it.
  3. Yes and Tatum and Louis asking for all 4, no way, all 4 gets used too often and only should be if at least 3 riders involved into first bend.
  4. Sheffield can run a Monday too, they have multiple times for TV meetings.
  5. And those engines failures in April mattered but Belle Vue’s tonight didn’t?
  6. Yes it does happen everywhere yet when it happened at Belle Vue last year heavy shower in middle of meeting, Sheffield fans were going mad even had Woffinden an co taking the piss on social media.
  7. So what happens with it now? Run it Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday or don't run it before play offs? This is why shouldn't have had meeting in for next Thursday just have been blank just in case.
  8. As my original post says, Ellis and Rowe drop to reserve, which therefore means Thompson and Flint move up into main body. This is not new, it happened for Belle Vue couple of years ago with Brennan and for Ipswich last year with Thompson.
  9. Regarding card payments at south gate, we have been complaining about that for 9 years, I really don't know why as they have a card machine on the south side track shop and south side food joint so it can be done. Hostile guards my arse, they very friendly, yes they do bag checks, we took a bag full of snack and soft drinks in no problem they checked, no patting down, even if they did I wouldn't be bothered happens at every football stadium. Food what else do you want, they have pies, chips, burgers, crisps, chocolate bars etc, I don't buy it myself but prices are normal stadium prices nothing to complain about. Programmes selling out can and does happen at every track, they estimate how many are attending each meeting but more came today, not much can do about that. It might have been your first time there but you go on like you have never seen a meeting at NSS in last 9 years and seen the fantastic racing. It was very warm and sunny, track conditions were nothing like it normally would be, they were watering every 2-3 heats but didn't want to flood it as the riders hate that. So yes the racing wasn't at the high NSS standards but saying that, there were several good races with passing, equal if not more then other tracks (especially Sheffield), in fact the highlight from Sheffield last week was Holder making a pass up inside in heat 6, he did that in heat 1 today. Water in toilets, again that is another thing we have been complaining about for 9 years, there seems to be a finite amount of water for some reason and sometimes it seems to run out, god knows why but do complain to the council about it.
  10. Are you sure about that? Could say Belle Vue won't lose by as many at Sheffield in play offs. Each year Sheffield have often beaten us on aggregate in league but haven't beaten us playoffs yet.
  11. Green sheets out for September. As expected Adam Ellis drops to reserve for Ipswich and Anders Rowe for Sheffield https://britishspeedway.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/p25_issue_24.pdf
  12. Statement win, everyone said bonus point was well out of reach but was close. Gives everyone something to think about now.
  13. Very sunny, complete blue sky today. Will be 24 degrees by start time. Racing is usually better when its drier and slicker but they will have to dump a lot of water on it during meeting to keep dust down and that will affect it. For those who can't make it BVTV.live - Belle Vue Speedway Live Streaming is the live stream very good quality.
  14. Yep pain for them when they racing the late meeting in Poland and have to be at Belle Vue early, won't be getting much sleep.
  15. Yes about 20-25 minutes before and that is free live on Youtube.
  16. @Gavan always goes on that Jaimon Lidsey can't ride anywhere apart from NSS, yet he has a higher away average then Jason Doyle and only 0.08 below Emil.
  17. I've predicted it as Ipswich 46 Leicester 42 Sheffield 40 Belle Vue 37 So even if Sheffield won this and got an extra 2 points wouldn't be close to Ipswich.
  18. What would be the need for that, Mulford said he was testing different bike before hand, I would hope and expect others were to.
  19. Result is meaningless as not going to win, I’d use it as a testing session to test some setups etc, certain riders could reduce their averages a bit.
