I think your observation is spot on! He's got a lot of potential, but he would benefit from 'building' his physical strength!

I'm not saying they're 'great' signings....but at least he's having a go ! I don't want it to be about 'further/constant' criticism of Rogers, but there's no way he'd of released 'Pearson'? but releasing him is the only way that we could bring in someone of Batchelor's ability!
