These reported 2 year + contracts don't mean a thing.. Didn't Bjarne Pedersen sign one with Birmingham and was out of there practically before the first year had finished and going even further back I remember Tom Owen supposedly signing a "lifetime" contract for Newcastle and he was at Stoke around a year later
