I’ve never been but heard it makes some decent racing but then there’s also been so big accidents there over the years. is Drew kemp on the rising star list this year.? I suppose other options are Rowe and thompson

Good to have nicki back in British racing, team is a bit meh ! And busters comments in the press release didn’t show much confidence about the future so let’s just all enjoy one last season in a competitive league

I don’t understand all this “closing in on a major heat leader “ Carl has said numerous times that the 7 riders are all signed and suits are being made etc, you’ve either signed all your riders or you haven’t ! The club needs to make their mind up !

I agree. It’s a big cost and a lot of work. I like the idea that the new Workington track has done with banking all the way round the circuit and no stand as such. If it rains speedway gets called off so maybe for the first season or something lower the gate price and people bring camping chairs or stand etc. i guess it all depends if MT will somehow incorporate a speedway track into his designs for car auctions or something. I could see the council maybe considering bringing the dogs back so having a dog track inside the speedway track and making the venue multi use

Yeah obviously not the brick work but I think they can have the steels/roof/ seats. I don’t know who owns the floodlights but they will take the shale, probably try and re use the fence panels known them.!
