Simple solution to this "rolling lark"...... Let them do what they like, as long as the rider does not touch the tapes. Bit like the "olden" days but without the jostling back and forth into the tapes. Anyways Ipswich to win but only just, last year we lost by 6 in the league cup. But won the league meeting by 4. Henry did well, Robson had 2 off nights(didn't win a heat) and the Worrall's were out injured. For the Witches will Lanham finally have his engine sorted

British GP 2013

But how many regulars at speedway don't bother with Cardiff as too much of a hassle/too much money? I've been about 4 times over the years but after you have added up everything it costs a fair bit. Not just the tickets but hotels and also fuel costs. Ipswich supporters club coach is £43 for the day trip, so best part of £100 for just a day. Prefer to goto Poland, its quicker and normally cheaper! Of the 8 of us that stand together at Foxhall, none of us are going this year and been the same for a few years. -

Instead of the 0844 number, there is a landline number 0161 3851420 or 0161 3851138, Which is already here..... -

Why wouldn't it be full price? GB ave = 52.03 Australia = 54.32 So a lot stronger than a 'normal' PL match -

can't think it's in riding order but GB Bridger, Auty, Barker, Ellis, R Worrall, Lanham, Lawson Australia Davies, North, Woodward, Tungate, Summers, Doyle, Grajczonek So it's Barker vs North part 2! Don't know what is more surprising that there is no Heeps or that Lawson is riding! At least James Wright is not picked! -

Wasn't expecting you to be going away from the stadium at that time! Still noticed it was you though, nice wheels Easy win for the Witches against a lacklustre Plymouth side. Bit like a Witches performance! Track was excellent, ok a few riders struggled early on but was all about throttle control and attacking the track. Reminded me of the old Foxhall, take it easy going into the corner and when the fence lurks, wind on the throttle as there was plenty of grip to hold the rider up. Well demostrated by Cook, Risager and Heeps, Tungate stayed on the kerb all night which also worked well. 3 maximums says it all. A track that Barker would have loved. Cook - Easy nights work for the Witches guest, won heat 1 which is only the 2nd time a Witches number 1 has done all year (Doyle is the other) Great ride in 13 to beat Wells, lined him up and blasted round the outside. Hawkins - Gating well but stayed mid track rather than outside on inside, Tungate - Much better week, team rode well with Risager in 4 heats, great understanding. Risager - only blot is he was beaten by Tungate in heat 3 so didn't get full max. Didn't ride around the kerb once. Lanham - Steady job Ellis - does well off the inside gates, normal heat 2, but maybe he should be in heat 8? Heeps - Tried to get past Kurtz in heat 8 but couldn't quite pull off a couple of attempts, to get a max. Wells - looked uninterested early on but then got setup and making some good starts.Best away rider on show Bates - Didn't complete a race, Schramm - Looked like he never ridden Foxhall before, had good battle with Gathercole... Gathercole - Steady night but had to battle past Schramm when on TR ride. I take it the Plymouth are not paying for 3-3 bonus points! Lemon - Overtook Hawkins for a 2nd place but well off pace. Anderson - Gated well but struggled Kurtz - Always has one good gate and win at Foxhall which was heat 8. Strange that he didn't have more than his 4 rides! IMO thats how a meeting should be run, wasn't rushed through too much, just efficient

Great PL action again tonight, hands up who wants to see more PL meetings rather than the EL?

Kids for a quid is a must and that means under 16's. Problem is that when kids get to the age of full price they would rather spend money elsewhere. Every meeting this year we are given rain off tickets, why cant something be done with them, certainly if it was a tv match? bring along 5 or 6 and get 2 people in for £20. I haven't been to a Sky match at Foxhall but would consider it if it was only £10. Or use them for half price for a meeting like the Star of Anglia or 16 lapper.

always paid on the day, season tickets are not value for money are they? Only got to miss a meeting and you paying more money. Was going to get a season ticket this year when they were first announced but then the conditions changed and didn'y include a programme or all the matches. Season tickets should work out about £10-£12 per match, then i think more people would commit. Or let them be transferable, eg if i couldn't go then i could pass it on to my dad to go.
