Well no. I wouldn't have thought so, but it's still very quiet? All I've seen so far about the NL next year is Buxton are running and Kent are unlikely... all a bit quiet
Do we even know the whole make up of the National League yet? Which teams are riding? Is there a trophy this year etc? It's being left awfully late this year
I'm predicting the let down bit 🤔
5 teams all with 'junior' teams too to fill in the gaps...
Colts, young stars, lion cubs, steelers and an Ipswich side?? To run a Premiership 'junior' league
Ah my bad, though he'd have started on 2.00 👍 I'm probably a few season behind on the rules tbh as I haven't really bothered with speedway for a few years 😆
Fricke 9.89
Castagna 4.13
Harris 6.53
Cook 6.39
Kvech 6.91
Rushen 2.00
Total: 35.85...
Isn't the limit 37?? Why go so far under it? Take Castagna out and there's 5.28 left... exactly Kildemands average...? Would be much stronger.
Castagna is one of my favourite riders of all time, but he's not that good really!
I'm sure there are promoters 'trying' but in reality... what are the chances? Genuine question? Where are the most likely sites which are actually realistic to be ready in time, bearing in mind it's just under 4 months until the season starts and absolutely nothing is known, not even any rumours leaked...
Surely it's a new team running out of an existing track? I can't imagine a new track is going to pop up between now and April? Unless Peterborough can get up and running?
1. Danny King 8.60
2. Tobias Thomsen 4.81
3. Ben Barker 6.13
4. Joe Thompson 5.87
5. Scott Nicholls 7.88
6. Daniel Klima 4.00
7. 2.71 Left
Could go for a new 2.00er or someone like Darryl Ritchings, Jack Smith or Max Perry as the number 7.
I thought they got a 25% discount then 2.5% after that. Could be wrong though. So a rider who's got a 4.00 average goes to 3.00 then 2.82 after the 2.5%
