  1. Tough one for the lions tonight. Captain Kyle has been super quick around Leicester and looks like our best rider at home this year. Tigers first real test away from home. Going a tight 48-42 to Leicester.
  2. Hearing of some dodgy calls from the ref tonight
  3. Lions had promise but just missing our Captain tonight. And our birthday boys are still struggling away from home
  4. Thomas Jorgenson replaces captain Kyle howarth tonight. He has a Chet infection
  5. Yes your right the big guns let us down tonight.
  6. Poor from the lions tonight. Think our team is still learning about different tracks. The twins are still only 17 (nearly 18) and rowe is a youngster too. Onwards and upwards
  7. Well I was there....if Richie didn't get excluded and mountain didn't have any engine failure .....guess what? Poole wouldn't have had a point. Poole had some luck this meeting but boy they are good. League champions in my opinion.
  8. I like aggressive racing. I wasn't there and I'm a huge lions fan but I'm all for riders playing the hard game in order to win.
  9. There's a rumour going around that an unnamed Leicester rider punched Teri Ariano in the face whilst in the pits ....which led to Leicester's downfall..I have no idea if this is true
  10. I think the problem Leicester will have is just simply riding away from home..at home it's a tough one for any top team even. But away from home the twins are still getting used to the other track styles. Mountain has come of age is did well last night and rowe should kick on. Thats Leicester only real issue is the inexperience in the team
  11. Poole will fancy there chances after Leicester's rubbish performance tonight....
  12. There were a few decent races last night especially with Paul Starke and Kyle howarth. I enjoyed myself regardless of the score..
  13. Track looks good. On the second bend near the pits with the missus...she's been converted to a speedway fan so good news! Come if you fancy a chat anyone !
  14. Think it will be comfortable win for the lions again. Let's hope we see some newcastle riders make the gate....
  15. No suprise Poole winning . They just seem to built great teams every year
  16. Well Birmingham could win the meeting tonight and gain some confidence at least.
  17. Some good racing last night. Simon Lambert was awful and got the Audi score....0000.
  18. Should be a closer one this evening. Still think the lions will be too strong for them but Scunthorpe have built a decent side and expect some racing tonight. 50-40 Leicester
  19. It's a tough track at Leicester but I did see Joe Thomson pass Josh Auty trying different racing lines. So you can pass there..youve just got to know the track..nick Morris did a pass as well....so it's not a mockery for speedway at all or even cheating. Birmingham were rubbish at gating that ain't Leicester's fault.
  20. Was great to be back to the lions den last night. Cold night but a fun night in the end. It's hard to assess how successful the lions will be based on last night's meeting due to the fact that it was a very weak Birmingham side. Never the less Leicester's 3 big hitters looked unbeatable (especially worrall) and Joe Thomson looked very good as well. Dan did well but it does have a more difficult spot in the team compared to his brother. Anders Rowe still looks unfamiliar with the track but will hopefully get better as the season progresses. Mountain did his job well so it looks a strong team at home especially. Fair play to the Brummies fans who made the journey and stook with the team . James Pearson looks a fantastic rider for his age and Morris put in a great performance.
  21. Well Birmingham were rubbish. Great to be back to the lions den but my god it was a no contest!!
