I have no idea how you spread the talent. Only way I think of is reducing the points allowance in the championship teams so some teams only ride with 2 heat leaders which frees one up for other teams. It would encourage more teams to use younger British talent at the tail end.

I think so yes. Tom Spencer is ok and needs experience and I suppose if he was riding today against Newcastle it wouldn't make that much difference to the score line. He would learn alot from the experience

I think from now on the policy will be if it's rains even for a second on the they will postpone the match for another date so rubbish like this stops from happening. Basically a no risk attitude.
